Potential dates?

Hello, I wonder if anyone could help me read this chart please.

The question is, if a friend of mine will go on a date with someone who she will really like by the end of this year.

There’s no-one particular in this question, although she has someone she is attracted to at the moment – she wants to find out if there will be anyone on the horizon. It’s great if this is the guy she fancies now but she is open for new opportunities as well (not just any old guys who ask her out but the one she will really like).

Her sig is Venus in 5th house Leo.
7th sig is Mars in 5th house Virgo.
The moon is in the 1st house, though it’s temporarily VOC.
The natural siginificator for men is in a water sign (cancer), which is a good sign.

I guess the temporary VOC moon is telling her state of mind – she has this guy she likes but her mind is not really “fixed” on this guy and wondering (or “wandering”!) about the possibility if she will have a date with anyone she'll like.

The moon will make a sextile to the sun (sig for men) and then to a square to Mars (7th sig) before it changes the sign – am I correct? (or I am not, since the sun and mars are also moving???)

If I am, then I have this feeling that this indicates she WILL meet potential dates since the moon is her co-significator.

Whether she actually goes on a date or not is I guess shown in the 5th house.

Although there is no applying aspect between Venus and Mars at the moment, nor collection or translation of lights, they are in a wide conjunction (10 degrees) in the romantic 5th house.

Venus and Mars are in mutual reception by face.

I believe this is the weakest mutual reception and the conjunction is pretty wide to initiate anything concrete.

I guess she WILL go on a date or two, but it’s not going to be a solid relationship – at least by the end of this year.

This is my delineation but like I always say, I am still a very beginner and I need your help to see if I am on the right track!!!

Please feed me with anything you see on this chart and/or my delineation (e.g. VOC moon, wide conjunction, etc.).

Did you ask question about your friend or your friend ask question. This is important, because if you ask question about your friend then ruler of your friend is ruler of 11 house and that is Sa.
But if your friend ask question then she is represent with 1st house ruler, Ve.
So answer me and then we will analyse further.

Sorry that I wasn't very clear - I guess this was a reason for no response!?

My friend asked me this question so I believe her significator is the first house ruler, Venus.

Yes, in that case your friend is Ve here actual partner is Ma and next possible serious partner is represent with ruler of next sign in 7 house that is Ju.
Ma is in trip and face of Ve, so for him firendship is key word for this relationship: warm and comfortable, but with no grand passion.
Next possible partner for serious relationship is Ju and we see there is not applaing aspect from Ve or Moon with Ju, so probably she will not have someone like that.
But if she is interesting only in dates (fan) then we look for 5 house ruler, that is Su. Moon and Su do not have applayinga spect, and Su and Ve also, again NO answer, so there will be no new person. That confirms Moons aspect with Ma her actual partner. According to J Frawley Moon can be consider VOC if it has to travel min15 degrees, here it has to travel 13 degrees, so it is not VOC.

When I said "There’s no-one particular in this question" in my first post, I meant, she is not dating anyone particular at the moment.
She fancies someone, but they are not dating.
So she was wondering if she will go on a date (that could possibly lead to romance of course) with anyone she finds attractive - not particularly with this man.

I guess when you said "actual partner", you were referring to this man she fancies, who I had mentioned in my first post - but there isn't any "partner" per se.

Does that change any of your analysis?
My friend is not currently dating anyone particular so I guess Mars is also representing her next serious (potential) relationship??

In that case, yes, you are right, Mars representing her next serious (potential) relationship for about 13 weeks!

When you say "for about 13 weeks", did you mean the relationship will start in about 13 weeks from now on?
Or did you mean the relationship will last for about 13 weeks?
Sorry I feel like being too meticulous here but English is not my first language and I need to know exactly so that I can tell my friend.

(she will be excited either way, but if it starts in about 13 weeks - instead of lasts about 13 weeks - she will be ecstatic!!)

And for my learning purpose, could you possibly tell me where I should look for to get this "13 weeks" hint from the chart?

Your English is excellent until I understan what you want to say .

When you say "for about 13 weeks", did you mean the relationship will start in about 13 weeks from now on?

Yes, I think that, because Moon has to travel 13,5 degrees to perfect aspect with Ma. Becuase both planets are in mutable signs I think weeks fits. If they were in cardinal sign, that would be days.
