Medical Astrology Astrological diagnoses and other health issues are discussed here. Given that there are so many outer and inner influences on one's health (alimentation, sports, medication, past medical antecedents, state of mind, etc.), an astrological diagnosis is only one of many things to consider when determining your healthiness.

Re: Chronic Fatigue Syndrome

Looking at the ruler of 6th Uranus and ruler of Asc Mercury we find them conj in 4th house. I'm no expert on medical but I would have thought the 'nerves' and speech would be affected with this combination.

Have you tried our own search feature here, surely there has been past threads on this.

Virgo - digestive system, intestines, spleen, nervous system
Uranus - parathyroid gland, neural activity, aura

maybe something going on in your progressions? my sun is about to change signs and conjunct my 6th house cusp and I'm have arthritis and migraine and back problems now and I'm Aquarius Asc and Cancer 6th. So my conditions, should be chest, breast and stomach. Maybe the 'neural activity' - migraine is down to uranus..

My research suggest using vitamin B12 supplement, have you tried this?

LOW VITAMIN D LEVELS

Low vitamin D levels may contribute to chronic pain among women, suggests research published ahead of print in the Annals of the Rheumatic Diseases.

Virgorising,

I had chronic fatigue for about a decade. And my rising sign is Virgo. It began in 1994 in the months after 4 wisdom teeth were removed while I was anesthetized. I went back to work after a while but was operating (as an inventory auditor) at about only 2/3 of normal productivity. Then in January 1995, after two weeks of 80 hours and 60+ hours of work, it was triggered fully in the form of exhaustion and candida yeast overgrowth. This triggered being fired on Feb 5 of that year.

SURGICAL REMOVAL OF 4 WISDOM TEETH THAT TRIGGERED CHRONIC FATIGUE: TRANSITS

TRANSITS OF APPROXIMATE COLLAPSE INTO FULL-BLOWN CFS

Notice Saturn transiting through the 6th house, conjunct N.Node. I was meeting my destiny (and some karma) head-on by having this happen. It was timed and appropriate.

This is a complex syndrome that has different causes and triggers for different people.

Tell me when it started. I don't mean when you were diagnosed, but when it changed your life, routine, work, school, etc.

Re: Chronic Fatigue Syndrome

A more Ascendant-specific transit to note here is that Pluto [5S19] was transiting CP (contra-parallel) my n.Asc [~5N04] on 1 July 1994. A moment of empowerment crisis. Essentially, I'd been putting off my WTooth extraction until I no longer could. I did not educate myself fully enough, but only took a recommendation of a co-worker as to what Dr. I allowed to perform the procedure. At that time I was NOT taking my health in my own hands, but was acting out of a fear/hate of dentistry/dentists.

Re: Chronic Fatigue Syndrome

You have had some major changes to your chart over the last decade or so. Im not really sure where to start as I know nothing about you, so bear with me. Lets start with your natal moon in Capricorn, not an easy placement for expressing emotion, especially with a trine to a virgo ascendant. It's probably second nature for you to follow the trine to jupiter in taurus and the sextile to venus in scorp (which are in opposition to each other) when responding to an emotionally trying situation, in short both venus and jupiter are probably used to make you feel good, which would be o.k. if it didnt always involve the pleasure principle (spending money/eating food/and or good sex)(choose whichever suits). This denying your own emotions theme is written all over your chart on my opinion, the problem being when progressions increase your emotional activity and the natal venus/jupiter pleasure principle is still used to make you feel "emotionally better". The natal virgo rising trine moon in capricorn should be used to deny excess eating/pleasureseeking and should include a mild exercise regime (after a doctors physical examination) to regain your physical health, basically exercise and a strict diet of real food...no macberger ****. You probably know this yourself, but are unable to break the cycle, due to lack of real motorvation. I believe the answer lies in being true to your natal placements, rather than following whats expected of you by others. Heres a short list of the changes you have been through over the last 8 years or so and a brief description of the expected change to your (then) present projection of your natal energy.

August 2002, your ascendant progressed into libra, this isn't an energetic sign, (that would be the opposite Aries) so most likely venus would become a stronger influence than the natal position, meaning more pleasure seeking, while at the same time your progressed i.C. changed to Capricorn (more dull in comparison to your natal saggitarian optimism).

July 2006, chiron in cancer conjunct the M/C, in opposition to saturn in capricorn conjunct the I/C, which signifies an emotional wounding in relation to saturnian isues (father figures/responsibilities or just downright repression. Saturn is a serious taskmaster in comparison to say jupiter, you would feel this rather strongly, luckily it's moving from your I/c now, so you will "lighten up" a bit and start to feel better soon.

Sept 2007 progressed moon in libra conjunct the progressed ascendant, more pleasure seeking, less energy.

April 2008 progressed sun conjunct neptune, this is a doozy, and can really halt you in your tracks if not expressed in some way (neptunian expressions would include music/dance/movies/self sacrifice for others etc).

2010 Prog moon in scorp approaching pluto, and right now sextile to saturn. prog moon in scorp is a really powerful emotional experience, you reallly have to find an outlet for this energy or it will only add to your storehouse of unexpressed emotions, which comes back to the natal moon in cap trine virgo ascendant! Your prog mercury is at 29'25" capricorn, in a short time (5 months) it will move into Aquarius, maybe you really need to use this change in your thinking patterns in a positive way, like joining a humanitarian group, or learning astrology. Mercury is exalted in Aquarius (which means that it works really well and is easy to express) so make the most of it.

You have probably noticed that I have been analysing your emotional side all through this reply, thats because emotions are what motorvate us, and if a person isn't motorvated then they probably arn't following their own path. Your north node in the 6th house (i have this placement too) also complicates things for you, the south node in the 12th wants to be irresponsible and not work, your growth area is the north node even if the idea of working makes you feel sick and uneasy. Being in the sign of pisces your north node should give you a hint about career direction, and it doesnt have to be a 9 to 5 job in the local factory, you could work part time, thereby enabling you time to follow your progressed house 5 which now has your n.node in it. (house 5 allows us to develop new talents very easily)
Thats about all for this post, remember it's YOUR life, if you have to work then consider doing something that really grabs your attention and gets you excited.
!
