Most of your planets are concentrated in the Eastern hemisphere, so I would think you have the inherent opportunity to be more of a self-directing individual than someone who is swayed around by outer circumstances. You must have a great, 'sunny' presence with that Leo Sun of yours in the 1st House.

This wonderful Sun you have forms a lovely trine to Neptune in the 5th House, so that shows a noteable capacity for creative self-expression. You would probably work really well with kids - drama teaching or kindergarten teaching could be successful outlets for you. With that Saturn in Cancer in the 12th, nurturing the creativity of kids might allay some of the emotional isolation associated with that placement and allow you to re-connect with your 'inner child'.
In reference to the Saturn in Cancer in the 12th House - I'm assuming your father wasn't a very comforting or available influence for you in the past?
Your Sun squares Mars, but so does your Mercury, indicating you have a sharp and keen intellect. With your Sun and Mercury in Leo (fire) square Mars in Taurus (earth) and your Venus in Virgo 'at home' in the 2nd House, you should channel your energies into a creative outlet. One of my friends, like you, has a Leo Sun and Mercury square Mars in Taurus and she's training to be a beautician at the moment. She loves experimenting with make-up and she enjoys putting together different looks and uploading make-up video tutorials on YouTube. She's very good at it.
With your Libra Moon, you naturally seek peace, harmony, and balance. However, this is modified by its conjunction with Pluto. It must be difficult to reconcile intense emotions with pleasant Libra. I think a Moon-Pluto conjunction is a little easier to handle if it occurs in water or earth signs because their energies are more congruent with those indicated by the Moon and Pluto.
Generally, I think you have a great natal chart that's full of much promise and potential. Okay, there are some 'challenging' aspects and placements, but a chart would be boring and inactive without those. As for your 5th House Neptune square Venus in the 2nd. Well, I have Neptune in the 7th House square Venus in the 11th and it hasn't proven to be problematic for me. You aren't 'fated' to live out every possibly 'negative' indication in your chart, plus astrology is very cyclical in nature and you have *free will*.
You seem like a strong, aware, intelligent person. I think you will really blossom further as you develop your strengths and interests more, and only associate with people who value and celebrate you as you are. With your Leo Sun on your Leo Ascendant, some people may feel threatened by you and, thus, behave in a jealous manner. You shine, and some people see that as a threat. I hope your mother supports who you are.
Regarding Saturn and the squares it makes. If this makes you feel any better, my chart is dominated by Saturn's 'cloud'; my Sun and Mercury (chart ruler) square Saturn, and my Moon is conjunct Saturn as well. It's an influence I tend to feel more inwardly (self-consciousness sometimes, inhibited emotional expression, serious view of life), but I try not to let it get me down. Once you're aware of something, that's a useful first step in dealing with it capably. At the same time, Saturn's influence isn't as terrible as it's been portrayed to be. It has endowed me with a strong measure of caution and discipline in my life, which, IMO, have helped me to persevere in projects and tasks, etc. I have often been entrusted with productive responsibilities by my 'superiors' throughout my life so far, which benefitted me in the long-term. Saturn has its good and bad sides - just like all the other planets. I think Saturn's lessons are conducive to being managed well in everyday living on earth - far more so than lessons imparted by more 'otherwordly' planets like Neptune and Pluto.
You have Jupiter in Aries in the 10th House, which trines your 1st House Sun and 2nd House Mercury. I would LOVE to have Jupiter in the 10th House!! It's a strong sign of career progression and 'luck'. It's even better that it aspects your Sun and Mercury in Leo harmoniously. Whatever 'rough patch' or depression you're going through at the moment is just that - momentary. It will pass. It's near-impossible to see a 1st House Sun Leo with a Leo Ascendant trine Jupiter in Aries in the 10th depressed for long! ;-) I just think you need an appropriate and fulfilling outlet for all that fiery energy of yours. You deserve better and you should explore your talents further.
