I don't think no one will be able to tell you for sure which month and which year you are going to get married. It is a decision after all.

I don't see lack of earth element detrimental to marrying at all, in fact I have often seen this in chart as a sign of a 'money maker' plus to compensate in Equal house at least has 3planets in 'earth house' 10th...
