Help will I get justice in this situation?

Chart Wheel is posted in 8th post down by Neptune Rising. (sorry but I had technical difficulties) This is not a legal or court case it is a personal situation. I feel I have been "mis-judged" by this man (personally and business-wise) This situation started 12 years ago with a business meeting-although I think it was never really about business. There were some misunderstandings (over the years) We need to be able to meet and talk in a mutually safe environment and come to terms. I'm not sure if this chart is readable or not I am the Moon and he is Saturn but in a turned chart Saturn would be in my first? Saturn is in the fourth and Pluto in the 7th is making a bad angle to it is he being sued for divorce? Sorry but I am just learning and reading for myself is so difficult sometimes I get things and sometimes I don't. The 11th house seems to be important if this is a readable chart. Possibly reaching my hopes, dreams, and wishes? Meeting in a place of entertainment or luxury? Believe it or not I was instructed to wait for this person through a third party. It has been a full Jupiter cycle. I really need some help. sorry had problems posting chart (maybe rx merc?) Clarification this began as a business situation and became a romantic interest.... He is shown by the 7th house

Welcome to the forum

Firstly we need to know what relation this man is to you - boss, boyfriend, husband, friend, brother... to know which house to assign to him.

In horary charts are usually drawn in Regiomontanus, perhaps you could re-draw the chart using house system Regio, plus on Astro.com use 'Web Style' method, that way we can see the degrees of the planets and angles more clearly.

This is the best I am able to do the wheel wouldnt upload for me. I hate Rx Merc... This started as a business situation and became romantic. He is shown in the 7th house.

Also I don't quite understand the question, sorry, could you please clarify what justice you would like to get in this situation. I ask for clarification cause in horary, if the question isn't clear, the answer will be somewhat 'fuzzy'.. and may not even answer the question you are truley seeking.

Thank you for posting the chart. I appreciate it. Justice for me at this point would be the opportunity to straighten out this mess in person (ie: a meeting) Justice would be the opportunity to be able to be together without outside influences bearing down on the situation. I'm sorry if I sound vague but this is a very long and painful story for me. Also I am very private Scorpio MC with lots of Pluto aspects in my chart. This is a relationship that I have wanted most and at the same time feared the most. I need to either be in this relationship with every thing I've got or be free of it. I think I may have hurt this person inadvertently in the past. He has a Scorpio Moon and most likely doesnt forgive or forget to easily. I am banking on the strength of our first meeting chart which was really good. Also the fact we have a Sun/Jupiter linkage which is a "forgiveness" linkage. He did call me last month after I sent him a letter. Timing was horrible I couldnt answer the phone. He didnt leave a message. I thought he would call back but I havent heard from him. I figure if he really wants to see me he would call back and its also very strange he didnt leave a message (at least saying call me back) The letter was an emotional one and I'm sure he had an emotional reaction to it.

Hopefully some others might add some interpretations, I'm not too clear about this chart, this could be I still don't quite understand the whole question or who the oustide forces would be..

You are Moon, also Venus.
He is Saturn, plus Sun.

fortuna in the 1st house conjunct ascendant could add some beneficial energy to you, but also the South Node is in the 1st house which is considered unfortunate.

Moon is traditionally void of course, no more aspects to make in its current sign. Its within orb I think of a square to Mars. Mars rules the 11t house, friendship and wishes.

Void of course Moon could signify that nothing will change, or, there has to be a change before something can happen.

With Saturn at 29 degree retro Virgo, plus Pluto on the cusp of the 7th house (non traditional methods of horary), I would think something has recently changed for him. Perhaps something ended, or something transforming/changing..? He is wandering currently, peregrine, in Virgo, so he doesn't have alot of power to do anything. Maybe he is healing from something, or needing to heal quincunx Nep/Chi (non traditonal).

Saturn and Jupiter heading towards opposition, Jup rules your 10th house, the career. Is he opposed to your career? He is also in Jupiter's detriment. Venus sextiles Jupiter...

Using non-traditional I think that Pluto in the 7th making a square to Saturn in the 4th could be a break-up he's going through. Pluto in the 7th could be a lawyer. It's my gut telling me this. I am waiting to hear from him again to possibly meet with him. I will verify to you that something does need to be fixed on my part and also his.

(Following statements are not in accordance with standard horary practice)

As I have noticed in a number of other horaries here again I find the Dragon's Tail posited in the ascendant house (1st house) of this chart, rendering the likely accuracy of judgement problematical. If this had not been the case, I would have rendered a "YES" probably answer to the question; Part of Fortune in the fruitful Cancer 1st house, Lord of ascendant (Moon) elevated at the top of the chart (but Luna's influence greatly limited by combustion) , Jupiter (significator of the concept of Justice) high in the chart, posited in the 9th house (of "the gods", and their justice) in its rulership; all pretty solid testimonies relating to obtaining "justice". But the Dragon's Tail in the 1st is the fly-in-the-ointment, it indicates a very chaotic element regarding this question, so (for me) I would not render evaluation on this chart, but (if it were a chart brought to me) would request the querent to ask the question again at a different time.

This is all kind of strange. I had asked the question earlier in the morning but the rising sign was at 0 degrees (too early to tell) so I went to sleep and when I woke up I asked again at 10:30am. This rising was almost also to early to tell. I am so frustrated is there any other information to garner out of this chart that might be helpful to my situation?

Would you post the first chart (the one with rising sign at 0 degrees)? As my approach involving Dragon's Tail in the 1st differs from standard horary, so too, in differing, I do not consider 0 degrees to make the chart unreliable.

Hi Giaella

I do try to read what the chart is saying, whether there is a void moon or not. Thats funny, yes I had a feeling there was a break up, something ending, plus that Saturn is backing out of Libra the sign of relationships into 'wandering' status - kind of like someone after they finish in a relationship. I'll have another look a bit later.

Thank you Olivia for your feedback Actually I am waiting for him to contact me. Your right he does have all the power right now. I sent him a letter telling him I would like to see him and if he didnt then I wouldnt expect to hear from him. I also stated in the letter that I would make no further contact with him if I didnt hear from him. He obviously liked the letter because I did get a phone call right away but unfortunately I was not able to take it and he didnt leave a message (which was very unusual and strange) I thought he would call back that would be the normal progression of things but its been a month and I havent heard back. Because of the statement I made in the letter I cannot contact him without going back on my word and I won't do that. I feel like Im hanging and I really need to find peace with this situation. Maybe I should have asked will he call me again? Probably too early to ask now in light of this question I just asked. Now what? I still don't feel like it's over for some reason.
