Libra 28 degrees, does it mean wealth??

Hi there.

I' ve read that if you have some sings at 28 degrees this means that you will have wealth through a spouse or through a collaboration of some kind. I have Libra at 28 degrees (28° 11' 16) to be exact, 8th house, but I am not married nor do I have a lucrative business with anyone else. My daughter seems to have a lot of signs in her 2nd house but her daddy has no money.

I am attaching both my natal chart (mom) and my daughter's (mik). For my daughter it seems that she will be able to make a lot of money by herself since her second house is full. In addition can one please tell me how her daddy looks in her chart?

Your venus in 8th is challenged by conjunction to uranus in 8th and square to saturn in 5th house. Your Uranus is a singleton ie: only planet in water (which the chart lacks)

Having Jupiter in 2nd suggests you are quite capable of earning and spending money by your own efforts but the opposition suggests legal problems or whomever you share your finances with comes issues of control

The second chart must be that of a baby as it looks exactly where the current transits are now. Having Jupiter conj Neptune in 2nd can have earning power but can also 'spend it like Beckham' to and not care to much as to where if gets the money...
Father and authority type figures can be seen in Saturn, in this case being the handle of a 'bucket chart' She also has uranus as singleton like you

Venus is challenged by Saturn. I have not heard that this degree means that, perhaps you could cite your sources or website?
