Is __ lying to me

hey
ok so i asked a horary to see if a person was lying to me about something they shared with me. i can usually sniff a liar out a mile away but the chart seems to show they are NOT lying so i'd like some help...
-i am the moon they are saturn
-i am in the 7th/their house and in aquarius which is ruled by them (not sure how to take that, i guess it just shows what they said is on my mind???)
-ok so according to the wonderful mr. fensi88 since saturn is exalted in libra they are telling the truth. is this the case even though it is retro?
-saturn is in my 3rd of communication which makes sense.
-and lastly moon.me is trining saturn/them..not sure if it means yes theyre lying or if it means no..

Yes, Sa is in exaltation. The more essential dignity Sa has, the more honourable we can judge him to be and the more you can put trust in what he is telling you.
Sa is rx. With retrograde planets there often more to be found than meets the eye. So, be sure he did not tell you the "whole story". But what he told you until now - is true.

Too the moon is essentially void of course as it will not aspect a tradional ruler through the rest of its journey through Aquarius.
Would not Saturn position in a cadent house and retrograde lose it strength in Libra?
