HI, there. I'm fairly new to astrology and been researching, but it seems like the more I find out, the more I don't know how to interpret my chart. There's always some new aspect to figure out. So I'd really appreciate some good help.
Q 1: I realised I have a 2 grand trines and a kite. I would like to know how each one would manifest. But especially the grand trine between my moon-Aqua, chiron-Gemini & midheaven Libra. Here's a copy of my chart:

Q2: I'm trying to find out which planet rules my chart or has most power... I've seen 2 ways [first beign the planet 2degrees of the Asc, which would be Neptune; and another way through disposition which would make it Pluto. I'm really unclear on this.
I would also like to know which planets are weak in my chart.
Q3: Is there anything in general that I should be alerted to from my chart?
** I also noticed that without the asteroids, my chart is really condensed to one quadrant (houses 11, 12, 1 & 2) Is this good or no problem at all?
