Lightning Close Call

A friend of a friend recently had an odd encounter with lightning.
Out gardening, it was only slightly cloudly out...she looked
up right as a lightning bolt was about to strike, right in front of her face!
Can you imagine??
Thankfully it didn't hit..it snapped very loudly, deflected by
an unseen force(since no object was in the way).
I don't have her time of birth unfortunately.
This event is so bizarre the chart must be full of goodies though.

the tr. South Node conj. her Merc... Shes a self admitted high anxiety/worrier type, and took it as a wake up call of some sort..also quote-"Maybe I'll get psychic powers as a side effect" LoL

It reminded me of another Merc/Node event.
My sis had a precognitive dream when tr. South Node conj. her Merc.
In it, an indian told her she'd win $2800 if she gambled on Fri, shes not
a gambler, but hit exactly that amount.

I don't know about event charts, but Jupiter, Uranus and Mercury are supposed to be prominent during a lightning strike in either the natal or transits. Perhaps because your friend wasn't actually struck, the planets won't show anything significant. It would be interesting to check the location of some of the asteroids with names relating to lightning. Is there a Zeus or Thor?

I know of someone who was struck by lightning as Uranus was cj the Vertex. I forget what the rest of the transits were.

Uranus rules electricity and also sudden happenings, therefore is perfect for describing lightnings:
Transiting Uranus square natal Mars.
Transiting Mars semisquare natal Uranus.
Transiting Moon conjunct natal Uranus.

Very weird, how your frend was untouched by the lightning. Maybe it was that natal Jupiter-Uranus conjunction protecting her.

Could please post also the exact time&place of this event?
