Timing through aspects to the ASC
I am trying to time a forthcoming event using a chart I did on 21st October, where the Ascendant was 22 deg 31 mins, in Gemini. In that horary chart Jupiter (one of my main significators for the JOb i will be getting soon) was in Aquarius 17 deg 18 mins. I read somewhere that you could time an event by finding aspects to the ASC, and looking at the Epehemeris i see that today Jupiter is making a Trine to this ASC from 22 deg 38 mins. But I am assuming that the ASC hasnt been moving. Does it?
Maybe its a dumb question but am a beginner and didnt find the answer where I read about timing by determining aspects to the ASC. If the ASC also moved, how do i determine that?

Reason: To include the horary chart
