Unhappy Saturn Transiting the Fifth House

Is it possible to found a new love during this transit. I had a such bad time since Saturn came in this house and also conjuct my Moon.. that I really, really hope for a bit love.

I'am not sure how to interpret this transit and I'm only keep on asking myself why can I not see the Sun anymore in my life. I dont go out and if I do this i dont like it anymore. But I would like to meet somebody new to share my life with.. only i dont know if this is the good time for it? I have been hurt a lot by one person during this transit so i think i'm affraid to fall in love again.

any experience with this transit?

Re: Saturn Transiting the Fifth House

Just in general if Saturn if well aspected you can find love with an older person or more established but generally it is not a good planet for the 5th.
It is not a romantic influence at all. Someone in authority or a teacher of some kind may well enter your life and in connection with perhaps leisure and pleasure pursuits such as holidays, your hobbies etc. If the transitting planets do not make any aspects with your natal chart planets there wont be much effect.

I have Saturn on the 5th cusp and never wanted children or had them. I have been cautious in my love affairs and responsible so no unwanted pregnancies. It is a responsible and realistic planet and not given to wildness or abandon in the areas it touches including romance and parties.

However I have your chart and all I can say is travel abroad or do a college course. Love awaits there. It will be intense and
the person being foreign or a college teacher or involved in religion or philosophy is signified. Jupiter is hitting your Jupiter conjunct Venus in the 9th and Sagittarius rules your 7th of partnerships in the whole sign charts which I prefer. So if you have any legal matters
I would go ahead as you will do well also.

Re: Saturn Transiting the Fifth House

Have a look at my transits chart when I meet my partner last year.

I have Saturn in the 5th house of romance and Uranus in the 7th of parternships natally.

- Transit Saturn conjunct N Saturn (less than 1 degree orb)
- Tranit Uranus trine N Uranus (less than 1 degree orb)

My 7th house is Libra. Have a look at Mars and Venus. Mars is in Libra and Venus is about to enter. Mercury has just entered too. I meet my partner out driving (Mercury) with some friends (11th house Uranus). I gave him my number and met up with him offically a few days later, probably when Venus actually went into Libra.

You need more than one planet being somewhere, you needs things happening all over your chart for something long term.

For you - what about when Transit Saturn conjuncts your Natal Pluto, and then will also be sextiling your Neptune on your 7th house, so maybe the 6-10 degree mark of Libra. To narrow in on the time, have a look where transitting Mars is. He needs to be making a good aspect to Neptune/Pluto/Moon or entering a good house like 5th or 7th. Venus needs to be doing the same thing.

Good luck.

Re: Saturn Transiting the Fifth House

Firstly, it's really not a good idea to post your astro.com like this cos it gives eveyone acces to your information

How to attach a chart as thumbnail

1) First, get your from chart at www.astro.com by registering yourself there—it’s free

2) Then, save that chart (as a .jpeg, .gif, .tif....file; image file format) on your computer. It is important to reduce the image size to 63% version of the chart (select at the 'Image-size' tab) before saving it, so that the file is not too big when you upload it. Click to get chart, then right mouse click on image, ‘save target image as’ to hard drive.

3) Back at our forum, finish your post; then click on the 'Go advanced' button (it is right below the space, where you key in your message).

4) Now, hit the button 'Manage attachments', which is in the 'Additional- Options' section', at the bottom left of the page.

5) Once the window opens, hit 'Search' to search for the image-file (the chart) that you just saved on your computer. Now upload it by clicking on the 'Upload' button.

6) Finally, post your message, and, this time, it will be accompanied by the chart, which will appear as an 'Attached thumbnail', just like the 'example chart' attached to this post. And don't forget to post your own interpretation of the chart along with it, as our forum rules request.
You have calculated your chart using the default on astro.com of placidus and I use Equal House system and am a modern astrologer. Lots of people that come into Astrology get their free charts calculated at www.astro.com and the default ‘house system’ used is Placidus and think that’s just the norm and all that there is……..BUT that is just the tip of the iceberg. You can change the default on astro.com in Extended Chart selection to Equal house and a few more.

Throughout the forums but mainly in natal astrology there are two main branches Placidus (unequal size houses) v Equal House (whereby each house is same size) but lots more……. For more information on these go here.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/House_(astrology)#Description
http://www.astrolozy.com/article19.asp
http://www.skyviewzone.com/birthinfoforms2/housesexplained.htm

It's only with study and research will you be able to assess where your planets are deposited and in which houses... thus see which 'glove fits'

Now in Equal house your moon is in 4th and pluto to but conj 5th house cusp where it is said to have more influence

Transits
astro.com has fee six month transit forecast plus when you get into Extended chart selection, look at the three tabs after calculating a chart under ‘method’ default is circular wheels (on left), middle is special charts and in their you get graphic ephemeris 1yr (or 5years) with natal = transits for 1yr and lots more. BUT you first must learn or memorise the 'glyphs' ie: shorthand for recognising what these maps/graphics mean.

For example when you post or reply to a chart the 'smilies' to the right and just under them [more] if you click on there it will bring up a whole loads of 'glyphs' Mercury Uranus conjunction (+or - 8') trine aspect 120' Libra

http://www.khaldea.com/kldaephem/2000/oct2009gmt.shtml
http://www.astrologyweekly.com/learn-astrology/astrology-glyphs.php

Now it's more important to focus on transits from Jupiter to Pluto and these planets when aspecting something in your natal chart 'set off' the difficult or nice 'aspects - potential - problems' that your chart expresses. By that I mean if a benefic planet like Jupiter hits/touches/transits your venus, mars or uranus these could be experienced very pleasantly. BUT if your natal venus is afflicted, or badly aspected say conj saturn then jupiter will not has such a good effect. It all depends on how the natal planet is 'aspected'

For me I would say external 'events' must be seen by transits, progressions or Solar arcs to Angles ie: Asc/Desc & MC/IC most other times these events are 'internal, psychological matters as in between the ears'

Early spring T Saturn will conj your natal pluto which will 'set off' all pluto aspects within your chart/life, which is already square saturn, quincunx mars. The mars/pluto quincunx suggests you could attract threatening situaitons to yourself and perhaps not quite understand how/why.

Saturn/pluto =ambition and wanting power, control and hard working ethos...
So, when Saturn conj it will also trine natal venus, stabilising any friendships, relationships around

Saturn is the Lord of Karma and master teacher, but really he's trying to teach us about ourselves. It wants us to be responsible, hard working, dutiful and learn our Lessons properly, so they won't have to keep being repeated. Therefore, is usually suggests things slowing down, delays, limitations and restrictions so we can learn these Lessons.

What Saturn does is 'test' what is of value to you and what is working in your life. It wants structure and hard work. If something isn't working--- it may well end--- so something better can be put in it's place.

Re: Saturn Transiting the Fifth House

Generly Saturn's transit in 5th is not counted favourable. This transit makes saturn to come under the influence of Sun .MANY WARS WERE FOUGHT DURING THE SATURN'S TRANSIT IN 5th SIGN LEO. It's malific aspects mainly affects native's family life, love life ,education and money metters (profit goes to ZERO if it is inauspicious for a perticular chart .)

Re: Saturn Transiting the Fifth House

Typically, Saturn through the fifth represents restrictions in your love affair-romance arena. If there will be harmonious natal connections, that would have been positive. The restrictions that you are likely to face, may be a result of your own lifestyle at this time, for instances, it may be hectic or of some nature that do not favors romance or even pleasure and fun the way you would like.

Saturn's transit in 5th is usually restrictive for love affairs and at times failures. Rarely it is good for serious or cementing relationship.

Other factors are there in chart to severe it - Saturn and North node in Natal. Need to watch out and not let it hurt financial affairs.

I feel that when Saturn passes over Pluto, 5th house affair would improve.

Re: Saturn Transiting the Fifth House

Sania, I disagree with most comments here.

I was 20 when I had Saturn transiting my 5th, and had then my first girlfriend, finally. She was a Capricorn (eheh, Saturn) but since I am a Sag, didn't work well. We broke, and then I start doing theater (5th house) and had many affairs there.

Both experiences were amazing, but with many lessons, and the theater was also very demanding and hard work. You name it, i was lots of drama.
