Please help me out

I´ve been asking this question two times. There was time between the questions and I deleted the other chart. Cause I could not understand a thing. Now I see the chart of today, and it´s as puzzling as the last one.

I get all confused cause I´m saturn in seventh house. The question is should I call him? He must then be moon in the first house. He´s also the sun, and saturn is trine sun. Good? Saturn is in exaltation in libra. Moon is in detriment in aquarius.

I just do not know if it´s yes or no

It is very hard to see the chart here...
I think that the asc may be too late and you already know what you are going to do, but you want to know how it will turn out???
I dont think this is a good question for horary...
It should be a yes or no question, and if it involves you calling, your will will to either do it or not.
I think this is why the chart is confusing to you.
As the person who draws the chart up, it must at least make sense to you....

If you are saturn in the 7th house, do you feel a duty to this relationship?

Can you give some brief information. It is only helpful for the person reading the chart to find out if he is a boyfriend/girlfriend, or a guy/girl you like...or so forth....

Hi,

the asc is late, but not 27 degrees. Read that's supposed to be crucial.

Oh, do I feel responsibility in this case. It's an ex (we still both got feelings) and I'm so grateful for sth he did to me.
But yet it's hard for me to make that call, this is all very confusing...

Right now I'm thinking an email could be better. I did ask the horary cause I wanted to know if it's okay for me to call... I felt it was a yes or no Q.
