Will we move to this city?

Hi all

We are considering a move to a new city but everything would depend on us finding jobs before the move thus putting in a lot of energy and possibly expenses in flights etc to secure jobs.

I asked the question "will we move to this city?"

My interpretation:

We are Mercury in 6H (Scorpio) and the move is ruled by Jupiter in 8H (Aquarius). There is a square between them (which I think is probably not good). Mercury is also combust the sun. The moon is conjunct the IC and it makes a sextile aspect to mercury.

I am really not sure if this chart is showing a yes or a now answer...
Any advice would be greatly appreciated

Mercury is combust, but separating, which is far better than approaching, to which I wouldn't see it as such a debility.

Jupiter is in the ninth house.

Merc is separating from Jupiter, so I would say no, and Moon is separating from Mercury. Moon joins Saturn next, so the next thing up looks like a trip to the place or back home, but I don't see permanent residence.

Couple of things lead me to believe no....first Mercury rules you and your current 4th house ruler which implies things stay the same., second saturn is in the 4th house or end of things implying saturn=restrictions, delays. 3rd. jupiter rules the place where you want to move too or 4th from the 4th and mercury is past the aspect. 4th The place where you now is combust implying weakness or no ability to move.
But I am still learning horary ins and outs so hope you get a second opinion.

Thanks guys... what a shame though. (I really need to learn about separating and applying aspects).

It's not hard to learn about separating and applying aspects, once you learn the speed of the planets, and degrees of the aspects, do a little math and you'll be able to see if the aspect is becoming or dissipating. That's the manual way, anyway.

If you use astro.com for charts, it tells you very easily, when you make the chart big, in the grid with the degrees of the aspects you should see a little A or S next to the number, that lets you know if the aspect is applying or separating.
