Feedback when you get a chart reading, Please!

Hello all!

I wanted all who are newbies or members in general, to know that we are all learning here and that we are not all professional astrologers with years upon years of experience (I speak for myself here ).

It takes reading charts, getting a few right and getting a few wrong, in order to understand and grow our foundation of skills in understanding the dynamics of a chart.

I spend a lot of my personal time, as we all do, in analyzing chart.
I think it would be of worth to me responding and those that read the threads to have sufficient feedback from the person asking for help.

I will get occasionally a "thanks, your help was great," "you were right on," or sometimes nothing in response to what I have taken great time to write. Not to sound ungrateful, as I do appreciate what is written above, but it is of little educational value.

Sometimes members will ask questions and never even check back to the site after several replies have been given, leaving us wondering...

I would like to bring about awareness to the importance of supplying us with feedback.

I used to be bit like that when posting, best advice is give up any attachment you might have to needing any feedback, cos the only person you are upsetting is yourself...... honestly

Sometimes in the early days I would even send a PM to admonish how ungrateful people when people take the time, effort and energy to answer questions and help people--- or try to.

My advice let go of needing feedback and outcomes -- just accept that some will respond and some won't.

Well Astro50, again you are right!

I wondered why you and other members would always put up there "how to help yourself" type messages....
I would think, "geez they need help, I am gonna help a little maybe it will make a difference"

Well after all of this time now, responding to those that really seem to need help, and then getting no reply or a "thanks" that does not give me any feedback to grow from, I see now your side of things.

I agree that if a member will take the time to sign up, and post a question, then they would want to take some responsibility for their answers to their own life.
A life I know nothing about, even with a chart, it can be subjective at times.

I never disagreed with you or others posting self-help study guides, really. I just never really understood it....
Now I do....

The time invested in looking at a chart, especially when I am still very young in this process.

I really appreciate what you wrote above. It makes so much sense.

Astro50- I really like you, you are very knowledgeable and to the point. I like that, because I can be a bit of a wanderer and forget the simple answers are found in even the toughest questions.
