Antiscia of the first degree of Taurus = Regulus

I recently noticed that some famous people have an important planet in the first degree of Taurus, which is the antiscia of 30 Leo, the degree of the fixed star Regulus, which bestows fame among other things if suitably configured in the chart. Some examples:

Ronald Reagan: Capricorn rising, Saturn 0.49 Taurus.
Regulus with Saturn: Just, friends among clergy, success in Church or law, scholarly, wealth, gain through speculation, companies and friends, high position, proud of home and family, good health, heart trouble at end of life. If angular and especially if rising or culminating, public honor and credit. If Mars be with the Pleiades, violent death in a tumult. [Robson*, p.197.]

J Edgar Hoover: MC in Scorpio, Mars 0.24 Taurus.
Regulus with Mars: Honor, fame, strong character public prominence, high military command. [Robson*, p.197.]

Adolf Hitler: MC in Leo, Sun 0.25 Taurus.
Regulus with Sun: Power, authority, great influence over friends, honor and riches, but violence, trouble and ultimate disgrace and ruin, sickness, fevers, benefits seldom last. [Robson*, p.196.]

Queen Elizabeth the 2nd: Sun 0.12 Taurus. Sun rules 8th, 11th from the part of fortune.

Her son and heir to the throne, Prince Charles: Moon 0.25 Taurus. Leo rises so Taurus is the natural 10th house, Moon rules 12th.
Regulus with the Moon: Occult interests, powerful friends, danger from enemies and false friends, gain by speculation, public prominence, great power, honor, wealth, benefits seldom last, violence, trouble and sickness. Make women high spirited and independent. If at the same time the Sun is with the Dragon's Head in Gemini, or Jupiter is in the 10th house in trine to Mars and the Sun is with the Dragon's Head, great preferment even from the lowest sphere to high rank. [Robson*, p.196.]

Re: Antiscia of the first degree of Taurus = Regulus

What house is Mercury in and does he rule anything important? (such as the Asc, MC , 4th, 7th or POF)... General information on Regulus with Mercury is given in the article I posted a link to:

Regulus with Mercury: Honorable, just, popular, generosity abused by opponents, fame, gain through high position. [Robson*, p.196.]
