next place to live
I know this sounds strange but ya, I am ready and want to leave this country , I can feel it coming you know. So, I am wondering where I will end up. I did find out that based on my least aspected planets that I should live the following places. Delhi/Mumbai India or Sydney/Brisbane Australia. These are supposed to be the best places for me. By the way right now I am living in one of the countries that aspects one of my not so well aspected least aspected planets. Tokyo, Japan.
I am curious at to what might happen.
So, I created a chart with the following question
What country will I be living in next?
Lets see how I do at interpreting. Hmmmmm
the ac is at 21 d gemini...mercury is the ruler of the querent, me or my question..
mercury is at 22 gemini conjuncting saturn in the fourth house
this is where i get confused
but when i look at the chart i am never sure how to judge which is the first aspect being made. I look below the chart in the aspect diagram it looks like it is making its first aspect to venus and venus is in 2nd house

to me since this will be a foreign country i would think that this matter belongs to the 9th house
the 9th house is ruled by aquarius
aquarius traditionally ruled by saturn and again saturn is in the 4t house
also the 9th house has neptune/uranus and chiron but those are not supposed to be valid in horary right ?
having mars in the first house indicates immediate action
the rulers of the querent and the quesited are in a 1 degree seperating conjunction hmmm
so i am confused
that means something that has already taken place but I do not feel that I will stay here much longer so I am not sure how to read this.
does it mean that part of my mind has already decided where i am going to live and how do i know where i am going to live

maybe it should have been what country should i live in next?
if this question were answerable
then since it is in a cadent house in a mutable sign the answer to this quetsion is within a week cause there is only one degree between rulers of the quesited and querent
