There's this guy at work who I like very much. We look at each other, and we seem to like one another, but we never talk. It's a shame.
I want to know- Does he like me?

I'm not sure whether to take the sixth house or seventh house for this one. But if I were to take the seventh house (partners, lovers), our significators are in good contact. Him, the Moon will trine me, Saturn. Also, the Moon (although in its fall) is in Saturn's dignity.

You would defintely use the 7th house. I would say yes, he does like you. His significator is in terrible shape though. He is cadent in the worst house possible (12th) as well as in fall, as you noted. He is also separating from a conjunction with Pluto, a malefic. With Venus in his 12th house and his sig separating from an opposition to it, I wonder if he just got out of a bad relationship or situation that took a toll on him. The Moon doesn't have any power to act right now. You are not in great shape either being in the 8th house and applying a square with another malefic, Mars....

So I would say yes but that the timing for you guys to really connect is wrong.

It's very late here, but I will have a quick stab at it.

Firstly, since you are very much asking a relationship-related question (esp if you like him very much

), and not a 6th-house related one (daily routine, health malady, pets), you should take him as the 7th house, as has already been indicated.

I think that, right now, he, Moon, is actually lost in his own world and is a bit isolated (in the chart's 12th houuse). Being in fall in Cap (so weak to act), and having separated from both Ven and Plu perhaps some big and bitter rel'ship related transformation/separtion is either behind him. Yes, Moon will trine Sat in some time, but in the chart they do not connect. You are placed in the 8th house, so you also are not very happy with the situation, and perhaps also have some hidden fears (say, that things might not work out). A bright and strong Sun in the house of relationships - the 7th does leave a ray of hope there. With Cap on the Asc, though, things might happen very slowly.
