Most Astrologers emphasize the importance of the positions of the sun, moon, planets, etc., at the time of birth. However, the birthing process isnt instantaneous. There is no single moment that a person is born. Do they pick the moment the water breaks? The moment the first dilation occurs? When the first hair or toenail peeks through? When the last toenail or hair passes the last millimeter of the vagina? When the umbilical cord is cut? When the first breath is taken?Or does birth occur at the moment a physician or nurse looks at a clock to note the time of birth?

please can someone clarify this to me

First breath, if you can actually get that time...LOL... usually it's within a minute or two, depending upon the md or hospital. But I have found that within a few minutes is usually precise enough to have a valid chart.

Always the first breath. That's the first time the child interacts with the elements of the world outside, these are the same elements that the planets interact with and shape things through. So, the inhalation of these elements signifies the child taking in their current astrological conditions, which then makes them a living event chart more or less, heh.

It's weird that this question of when a child is born is so popularly asked in such a way to discredit astrology.
