less distance in this long distance relationship

A friend/work colleague has just returned from a two month trip around the USA and she’s met a guy. I don’t know any more about the situation but she knows I’m new to Horary Astrology and asked me to ask a question which was: “Will I have a long term relationship with B?” Despite the fact that she lives the other side of the world from him she did make a comment that she would relocate if he asked her to
When I first looked at this chart I saw the Sun & Moon conjunct and what I thought was Mars and Venus conjunct in the 9th house so I thought it looked like a positive chart.
I‘ll give her a pseudo name of Mary and the guy will be Bob.
So I’ve assigned Mary to house 11 for friend/work colleague, so House 11 is Marys 1st house and Bob to House 5 which is the 7th from Marys 1st .The significator for Mary is the Moon and I’ve assigned Bob as the Sun & Saturn but I’m not really sure if I should have assigned him as Saturn as he’s not an old man (as far as I know) The Moon and Sun are forming an incoming conjunction which is positive and both are in Bobs 7th house. Marys 3rd house of communications and Bobs 9th house of travel and long trips are ruled by Venus and Bobs 3rd House of communications and Marys 9th house of travel and long trips is ruled Mars. Neither of these planets are forming an aspect to each other and they are in a house which is ruled by Mercury showing an outgoing Sextile. Mars and Venus are also in Bobs 5th house (entertainment, one night stands) and Marys 11th house of (hopes and wishes) So does this mean that this whole thing will just turn into a holiday romance that will fizzle out? What's interesting though is that Saturn is forming an incoming opposition to a retrograde Uranus although I believe Uranus is not used in Horary astrology.
I’ve probably done the whole thing wrong so I hope to get some feedback.

Uranus is used in horary as an indication of separations, divorce, and disruptions.

I am not sure that you have to place yourself in the chart, but since I am relatively new to this I could be wrong. I believe you can just use the 1st and 7th house for them, though. She as Mercury and him as Jupiter.

Eclipses can mean that matters that are usually hidden will come to light, and matters that are normally in the open are hidden. It is occuring in Jupiter's 5th house where Mercury is combust and weakened. Maybe Mercury is about to learn something she does not like? The ruler of Mercury's 5th is about to oppose Uranus.

The Moon doesn't make any more aspects before it eclipses the Sun and moves to the next sign. I think it is a 'no,' there will not be a long term relationship.
