No problem. With your question-: A horary chart is a transit chart so theres no need really for a special horary program.Maybe one does exist, but I just use astro.com and set up a normal chart of the moment.

I'm asking because I'm trying to learn and think it may help. I saw a prog. called VegaSviri by www.ctp.ru.

I thought it would help make it easier, but it's really just a chart calculation software it seems.
