Is it possible to have a safe pregnancy and healthy child

I have posted a few similar posts regarding the pregnancy question. At first I was just asking would I be able to get pregnant, but that isn't really the issue, my real question is regarding nature of the birth. I have some very hard aspects Pluto squaring Mars and Venus and Pallas in my 5th House, using equal house system. This next year I have Saturn conjunct Pluto in the 8th House, while Pluto sits on Jupiter in the 11th and squares Mercury and Chiron, plus Uranus oppositions. There are many other unfavourable transits occuring throughout the next 5 years, I am 37 and beginning to wonder if I will ever have a child. I feel very angry with myself for leaving this all so late, but circumstances have never felt right until recently. But now I feel like I have let all the dreams I had for the future fade as I've got older and they have never quite worked out how I wished them to and this is the last one I held onto.

I have to say Death feels like it's stalking me in a psychological way not a physical sense. I feel old like all my hopes and dreams are never likely to come to fruition and I wonder what the hell I'm doing here on this planet. I feel like I'm about to lose my whole family, my mind, all hope. I tried not to get too fearful about all this stuff, until last week when I got a phone call from my mother saying she was being taken to hospital with a suspected heart attack. She has recovered but now I fear what does the rest of the year have in store for me, and assuming I can get pregnant during all this stress would that put my child or me in danger. Am I better trying for adoption, we have already contacted agencies regarding this, but it is also proving difficult, even though I am Half Indian, my partner is white ,we are actually classified as a white couple, and there is no shortage of white couples wishing to adopt so we are the bottom of a very very long list.
The stress is all getting to me and already effecting my health. I was born with a Heart defect, 3 wholes in the heart which were repaired by an operation when I was 2, I made a full recovery but still have a very mild heart murmur my mitral valve leaks, which I have been warned could become symptomatic during pregnancy but has never been life threatening. There is also a slight chance it could be hereditary.
Please can anyone throw any further light on all this, I know there isn't much hope but a part of me still trust in the universe even if it does feel like god has totally abandoned me right now.

Beatnikgirl, your question is indeed one of many. I dont know which transit causes this, but questions about pregnancy pop up right now

Yours is a bit different however as it deals with health factors. What I always advice instead of using astrology, is going to a doctor with these sort of questions. Even an experienced medical astrologer cannot quite figure out if you are still fertile, if your baby will inherit your heartproblem etc. Apart from all this, it is an extremely delicate subject and only a medical doctor could answer this question. As an astrologer of over 30 years I really would not want to give you any answer here out of fear that I might be totally wrong. I am not a doctor. I think that a real psychic, apart from a doctor, would be able to provide you with a good answer here. But these people are rare.

I have seldom seen a chart with so many aspects but this is due to the fact that you included aspects to Chiron and other asteroids. I never use Ceres, Pallas, Juno and Vesta unless the question should be specifically about work (Vesta), marriage (Juno), and issues to do with Pallas and Ceres, but most people are not even sure what they really represent, so only Vesta and Juno are more or less useful.

It would be much easier to interprete your chart if you would leave all the extra's out, except maybe Chiron, but even the trine between Chiron and Ceres is really an aspect which would be very difficult to interprete correctly.

For children you only have to look at the 5th house. You mention all sorts of scary transits coming up for you and at the same time you talk about a child. These transits probably have nothing to do with a child because you are not yet pregnant. 8th house transits have to do with transformation, inner change and life and death issues. Transiting Pluto over your Jupiter could mean maybe the total ending of a friendship because Jupiter rules the 11th house. Or a deep inner change involving your hopes and ideals, also an 11th house issue. You might change life priorities which maybe involve letting go of certain dreams you have.

I would really suggest you go to a good doctor and see what he/she thinks of you getting pregnant, what the dangers could be with your heart problem, what the consequences could be for the baby etc. These questions are really too complicated and too dangerous to be answered by an astrologer.

There are indeed lots of threads discussing this recently and all worth reading. I note you have mars and venus in 5th in gemini. I too have mars in gemini in 5th.So there lies the possibility of have one boy and one girl.
I have been very fertile but I do have Jupiter in 8th house of conception. You have pluto here in it's own house

Saturn transiting 8th house is to do also with joint, shared finances and you may find you have to manage on less for a while. IF, it relates to a pregnancy you may have to rest a bit more.

Try not to overanalyse transits and astrology with such dyer questions, it's like using tarot cards you cannot do a reading for yourself cos you simply read into it what you want to see happen and sometimes scare yourself to death.

Live your life by common sense not by what astrology or some clairvoyant says. You should read these links...

At the moment T Neptune is trining your venus from first to 5th, which should be rather romantic and prob making you focus on children more.
Some astrologers try to use traditional/horary methods for answering questions of such delicate nature. You could always cast a chart and post in their GLounge but be aware they can be rather blunt and in your face

I recently checked on asteroid child, if you use the placidus system which mostly fits circumstances in life, I end up with asteroid child in the 8th House
sat directly opposite my sun. It also sits next to lillith, so am i right in thinking this is pretty bad, Child asteroid has a lot of hard aspects to it but a sextile to Jupiter in my 11th House, Which I think could mean, a child that comes via other sources or is beneficial or brought up by others. the last bit gives me the fear.
However if you look at my chart in the equal house system Child Asteroid sits in the 9th House, a child from another culture or via a religious group.
This is interesting because my Jupiter sits in the 11th House still with either system and as far as is often a good indication of adoption, I have Moon conjunct Neptune to which I understand is also a good indication of adoption.
My Parnter also has Neptune Conjunct Moon on his ascendent. In the both systems he has Asteroid Child in the 3rd House, but in the Equal House system he has Jupiter in that same 3rd House, and Uranus in the 11th House. In Equal House he has Mars and Chiron in the 5th, in Placidus he has only Sedna badly aspected. Anyway this seems a minefield to interpret and the mood I'm in I seem to look at the darker more depressing outcomes.
My intuition strongly feels the reason I've only just noticed these aspects is because it is crunch time, there are a lot of heavy transits going on as well so sometimes it hard to see the wood for the trees.
Please find both charts posted I know I keep going on and on about this but the urgency of the issue just won't go away.

sorry to hear of your anxieties.
I agree with the other subscriber to the thread. always check out with a doctor and specialist in this field. it can be bewildering.
I note you are in london there is a specialist fertility centre on Nhs in london.
also get proper advice on this subject - I did post details of an astrologer who has gone through similar issues herself.
