Well to your question:

Some see as answering a time based horary question as one to avoid, as it can have ethical issues regarding an answer, not to mention sometimes there are external factors that can render a chart inaccurate. Such as your question, what you meant behind it...so forth...
Some horary astrologers belive that there must be one question, one answer and the answer must follow the question, no more and no less.

Do you want to know if you will find Mr. Right?
Personally I think that maybe looking at transits/progressions would be a better fit for this question, when looking at when you will find Mr. Right?

Then again I am not that great at Horary and I really hope that someone else can help you here!

The Moon make a trine to Mercury, so a yes! Jupiter goes backwards and meets Mercury and makes a inconjunct (150), I dont think Lilly uses these though.

I would think its a yes though, you should put up your natal chart for us to see too, I know how agonising it is when looking for Mr Right, and thinking is tonight the night! Your not desperate millions of people are looking for a partner, its what we are meant to do, procreate, hahahah...

Waterlilly, it is actually not good to post two charts which have to do with the exact same thing. Whether it is "when" or "will", it is basically the same question. The second question is in fact subconsciously present when you asked the 1st question.
Indeed it is always better to re-phrase a question from "when", asking for a timing which is exceedingly difficult in horary, except maybe when we are looking for an object and quite sure it will come back, like a retrograde planet as quisited) to "will".

I will look at this one, just to see what comes out.

You are Jupiter retrograde and at the moment besieged by two malifics, both modern (Neptune and Pluto) so I dont know if the traditionalists will agree with this. I did read that astrologers using the outer planets, see them as malifics.
So you are a bit stuck in the middle and dont know which way to go because all roads seem to lead to a roadblock.

So instead of using weak Jupiter, we better look at the Moon and see if that one is better off. Unfortunately Moon is also not much better. She is peregrine in Aries, but hopeful in term of Jupiter which makes it a bit better. She is however in her house of Joy and that is also a positive thing. (traditional. Modernly it would be house 4).

The 7th house is ruled by Mercury and just like in another very similar question I did this week, Mercury is combust which means that the relationship is still not in sight.

A combust planet's energy is being outshined by the Sun and others cannot see this person (sometimes a significator being combust is litterally in hiding) or there is for the time being no relationship to be seen, sorry to say.

Mercury must still pass the Sun, then enter a new sign, where it will then at some point trine your Ascendant. I dont know if it is valid to look this far ahead but have heard of astrologers who progress the horary chart, Hamaker Zondag is one of them.
The Moon is going to sextile Venus, which shows a possibility for a love relationship when we take Venus as natural ruler of relationships. She is in 7 which is nice but Venus herself is Peregrine in Gemini. A peregrine planet is like a homeless wanderer, drifting (Anthony Louis). The relationship in your life has not yet found a home yet so this can be seen as a very weak sextile which does not promise something that could be lasting.

A horary chart is valid only for 3, some say 6 month. Everything changes and Venus will also change into a sign better fitted to her lateron. In Cancer she is also not strong, nor in Leo. In Virgo only when she rules the day (earth triplicity). Only after that she will become strong again when entering in Libra. So that by itself is also about 3 month away. So I would ask again in about 3 month time.

Moon is in a fire sign, Mercury in a watersign. So Moon will make a square to Mercury after making a sextile to Venus first.

Mercury is the faster of the two planets, so Jupiter is not moving backwards towards Mercury forming an inconjunct, but Mercury is moving forwards towards the inconjunct. Sometimes an inconjunct is used, showing that something is out of whack between Jupiter (Waterlilly) and Mercury (relationships) and that certain things have to be adjusted. So this aspect is often seen when someone is about to marry but the wedding is being postponed. Certain things have to be talked over, worked out, adjusted, because something is not balanced out. That's why in this case we cannot really use it because Mercury is not yet there. Unless of course, we use Mercury as natural ruler of Waterlilly's mind right now. In every horary chart Mercury shows the mental state the person is in or what he/she is thinking of. Ok, here Mercury is combust, so Waterlilly does not see clearly why she cannot form relationships. She is very confused about this matter.
