lunar eclipse and vertex

I see the lunar eclipse is on my Vertex/Anti Vertex 5th house - 11th. I haven't done a ton of work with the vertexes, but know they represent an opening of some sort, for new people/energy to enter ones life. Has anyone else worked with vertexes..?

I remember I was quiet interested in them a couple of years ago, I timed when Venus was transitting a year before the event and was excited and couldnt wait for the day, I wrote it all over facebook, I think it was the 5 Jan 08 or something, I knew it had to do with love because it was Venus in the fated encounter. About 3 months later after I got the date I started emailing a guy that was in the army and he called for the first time from Iraq on that day. A call I didnt plan. A fated encounter. I was happy with my prediction involving love. It didnt last sadly.... he was a huge player, what a D***! Whats meant to be is meant to be

Here is another story, 2 guys I dated at the same time(not together, lol) for about 4 months had the same birthday and they both were conjunct my vertex.

I decided to stop seeing them at the same time because they wearnt giving me 100% of what I wanted, one was giving me emotionally, the other was physically. A week after I called it quits I meet my partner!
