Am I an uncle? Horary Confusion

Anyways this is my first post here; I've been studying Natal and Horary for about 2 months now... I have a teacher with about 15 years of experience now and when we break down a Horary question or Natal Chart we never miss anything, yet by ourselves we'll miss things (We both have Sun in the 7th)...

Anyways Greg(My Teacher), I,(Greg & I), and my brother Todd have asked this Horary question a couple times, each time there has been some conflicted aspect to make it not a definite yes or no... The last question I did was 1 degree rising Leo with interceptions in the 1st and 7th house, and Scorpio and Taurus were intercepted in the 4th and 10th... I think it's telling me to quit asking the question with the querent and 7th afflicted.... Yet there's still a possibility it is true.... I think the question has been asked more than 4-5 times and every time there was a confliction in being able to answer it... =(

Anyways my brother is older than me by 10 years..... He's 27yrs old, hasn't had a job in years, lives with my parents, I, and Greg, he was in jail for 3 years for shooting my mother in the face, yet she lived thank god. He's been out of jail since that happened about for about 4 years.... The main problem is he is a compulsive liar and theif... His Natal Chart has interceptions in the 1st and 7th and his 8th house of money he owes his partners is heavily conflicted.... Anyways this girl Tawnya a year or two older than me was hanging out with him and lived at our house for a while, yet while she offered me oral sex that I refused, I knew she was having sex with other men and also was a compulsive liar and theif.... Nine months later a baby boy named Trevor, and she's 17yrs old I'm 16yrs old, my brother is 27yrs old.... I've given up rationalizing it, all I want to know is the truth.

The question is: Is my brother Todd the biological father of Trevor?

I know, what I'm trying to figure out is if it's telling me to quit asking the question.... Because the 1st and 7th are intercepted I think it means no one is going to do anything about it, and Scorpio intercepted in the 4th means lying is going on in the home but nothing will come of it and Taurus intercepted in the 10th means that the romance and money will be used only for Saturn's malefic's energy. And it makes perfect since considering no one will take action to get the child tested(1st house interception), nor will someone motivate someone else to get the child tested(7th house interception), and the girl is lying directly to us about the child and I'm sure many other things in my home(Scorpio intercepted in the 4th), and the mother of this child is getting money from all older people and using it irresponsibly(Taurus intercepted in the 10th).... That's exactly what's happening but I think astrology/karma is telling me to quit asking the question. I want to know what you think....

I like the way how you formulate this. (On the another hand, if your brother is OK with all that stuff, why you interfere? It's his life, not yours.)

Haha, I get more effect by this child than my brother does in very shallow ways. My parents give my car to mother of the kid all the time and her and my brother never have fully taken care of the kid so my parents complain to me about why they have to take care of the kid... It ***** when I find I don't have a car when I have to goto work and theres an unwatched 10 month old baby tearing through our living room. And I'm sure they're on hardcore drugs.... So it would be a lot less stressful if I found out this wasn't my brothers child....

I'm not sure about this but maybe if you posted the birth dates of your brother and the child, someone could check it whether having a child was in your brother's horoscope when the baby was born?

My teacher said that my brother had his 1st and 7th house's intercepted which would make a lot of since but from that time his 2nd and 8th are... Hmmm... Oh well, I've looked at Tawnya(the mothers) Natal chart... It's full of lying, I need to get her information again...

Edit: I just checked out Trevor's chart 3rd and 9th house's are intercepted and Virgo is intercepted in the 5th and Pisces intercepted in the 11th.... Strange? Oh yeah I'm using Koch...

Edit2: Looking at all of Saturn's aspects, and being in Cancer.... Tells me theres definitely some real conflicts with both the mother and father....

Edit3: From now on I'm using Placidus, Trevor only has the 3rd and 9th intercepted and my brother has Capricorn intercepted in the 1st and Cancer intercepted in the 7th which makes 10x more sense and the 6th house is intercepted in Gemini and the 12th is intercepted in Sagittarius strange coincidense?.

Can you explain a couple of things to me please?
I have no clue what you are saying about the intercepted houses....like, I have a 12 degree Libra ascendent...does that mean my houses are intercepted. As I understand it, most people have that.....how are you reading that and will you please explain what you mean?
Also...if you're looking to see if someone is a liar...how do you find that in their chart...I'd REALLY like to know as I have someone I'm worried IS one....how would I look for that?
