Welcome to the forum LW530. You may not be receiving any quick responses because you posted a birth chart on the horary board. Also the forum has been off line for a while and the horary specialists may not be back yet.
While you are waiting, you can find articles and postings on horary here that can help you make a start at it. Patience and practice are required to develop the art. Also it is expected that you give some back ground information and try to interpret your own charts, then someone will help you.
