hi. need help on few questions...

id like to know whats best for me and my career... what are my potentials/talents that i have to develop for my career path??... and also undiscovered potentials that i have to develop??

im thinking im gonna pursue a career in the arts.. am i on the right track?

Jane,

You have a Locomotive pattern chart (and were born in Cebu, Philippines,aaccording to the latitude and longitude you gave).

From Tracy Marks' "The Art of Chart Interpretation:"

The midpoint of your empty trine is the 9th house (expansion, also publishing, religion, teaching), the first planet to have crossed the Ascendant is Saturn (duty, also structure), its sign is Virgo (daily work) and house position is 12th house (spirituality, also artistry). This could indicate an urge to publish (be expansive), driven by an urge for structure fueled by daily work and artistry.

Since the 12th house is "spirituality" and the 9th house is "religion" there is a possibility that your pursuit of art may lead to some sort of "spiritual" pursuits. As you know with art, sometimes it is necessary to have some other job to help the artist pay the bills. Perhaps being a teacher of some sort might also appeal to you.

yes im from cebu. and yes my pursuit of arts is something like that.

im also thinking about teaching when i reach in my 30s. currently, im into freelance designing as part time job, but i dont earn that much. sometimes i think-- maybe my timing was really bad.

i've been thinking designing tshirts. look here http://astrologyweekly.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=1667 but my problem is-- is this gonna work to earn extra cash???

and my other problem, i might not be able to use my energies really well. i might not be able to handle it very well. coz it takes a lot of time and effort to work in a business venture... and i have a problem with concentration now..

do i have a natural talent or potential in writing? or am i good in visuals stuffs only? (accdg to my chart)

jane,

When in doubt, perhaps it is useful to consider the North node (future goals) placement in your chart. As was mentioned, this indicates a "spiritual" pursuit. This "spiritual" is simply about something outside of the "real". This could include fantasy, artistry, spiritual practices, etc. You also have Saturn (duty, also career) conjunct (energy is combined with) North node. This STRONGLY suggests that you want to have a "spiritual" career of some sort.

Instead of something practical and physical (like t-shirts), think of "spiritual" businesses. Artistry is one possibility, but maybe also spiritual advice, soul-centered design, fantasies made artistically real, etc. These may sound strange, but these are areas we tend to get into when we try to have a "spiritual" career. However, you know YOU best. Use your imagination, ask your friends, ask your "inner guide" what spiritual pursuit works best for YOU.

And, as you know, many new businesses fail. So, if at first you don't succeed, try try again!

Perhaps get some sort of a part/full time job to help you pay your bills...giving you the opportunity to do the work you love to do. And, when you go through all this experience...you will have a LOT to teach others about!

I think i have the same problem as Jane... i have just one year left to choose for what career will I study and nothing really pleases me 100%... I was thinking a little bit about journalism or international relations... but I really don`t know, what do u think, what would be the most appropriate regarding to my chart? :roll:
