Will I ever have a child of my own?
Hi New here. Not sure if I posted to the correct forum?? Curious if anyone who can read charts can tell if I will ever have a child of my own. I am currently 35 (husband 36) and have had 3 miscarriages already. ( ) Am I doomed to be childless? Can this be seen in my chart?
Thanks for any responses!

Re: Will I ever have a child of my own?
Cachic, it is very difficult to see if you will ever have a child of your own in a natal chart. You can see if there will be difficulties with having children etc. but anything else needs very extensive research, using progressions etc.
It would be much easier to post a horary question (see Medical Horary questions). You need to give a bit of own interpretation however, but can do so without by posting in the "Greenhorns Horary Board".
You need Day, exact time and place where you asked the question and then run a chart. Good luck.

Re: Will I ever have a child of my own?
You have Jupiter conjunct your 5th house cusp, so I am going to say yes, you will have children. However it is in Aquarius, so it may be by adoption as opposed to childbirth. But in the end, it won't matter to you because the Jupiter indicates much love from healthy happy children.

Re: Will I ever have a child of my own?
Thanks Katydid!
I did a bit of looking for where Ceres was in my chart, which it showed up in Sagittarius. The site I looked on didn't really say much about fertility... just said I would be odd to most people. (not a surprise, I knew that already! lol)

You simply cannot look at just one thing in a natal chart like Ceres and say that alone has to do with fertility......
There is a whole forum here dedicated to asteriods, plus this one
http://www.bobmarksastrologer.com/TOClessons.htm for your research.

Re: Will I ever have a child of my own?
Thanks for your post.
I'm gonna kinda blunt here, but it seems like some of the Sr. Members are a bit cantakerous and short with the JR. members. I'm getting the feeling like I've committed some heinous crime by not knowing everything or knowing where things are. The suggestions I've been given so far have been a bit "Why are you bothering us? Go find your own information." I'm pretty sure there are other Astrology Sites out there that may be a bit more encouraging when it comes to their new members. I mean, I've been on this site 2 days, and have already gotten to 2 (seemingly annoyed) brush offs. Whatever though.
Just sayin'
I'll keep researching it, a bit more help with things I should look for would help.

Sorry if you feel that people here have been rude or unwelcoming. I think that the topic of infertility is a touchy one for everyone and maybe everyone is too overly sensitive.
There is no absolute answer to your question. I think that it is a hard one to try and assess. Astrology gives clues to things, but no absolute YEs or NO answers to huge questions like motherhood.
I think you would have the best luck trying to find specific clues as to what kind of cures to use, as opposed to asking IF you will ever give birth.
I remember when I was trying hard to conceive after 2 miscarriages. I kept doing meditations, and visualizations, where I would see myself 'pregnant.'
I had 2 large paintings on the bedroom wall of myself, pregnant. FINALLY, after the next miscarriage , I realized my error. I was seeing myself pregnant, when what I REALLY desired was to be a mother. When I corrected my prayers and visions, I soon ended up in the delivery room, watching my first child being born.
So what I am hinting at is that you may need to reassess your question and your way of seeking the answers.

Re: Will I ever have a child of my own?
Thanks for your visualization ideas, Katydid!!
I wasn't really directing that at you. The reason I found this site was because I typed that exact same question into Google, and this site came up. The post that I read, had all kinds of wonderful helpful information for that poster who had the same exact question (in the same exact "room") w/ no interpretation of her own (and wasn't "reprimanded" to the Greenhorn room.) Totally understand it's a sensitive subject.
Just saying, does it take any more energy to be helpful instead of coming off as: *SIGH* *Roll my eyes* & "You're doing it wrong." (with no suggestions)??
I'll keep on trying to learn more... All newbies appreciate help though.

Think you are being 'over sensitive' regards the answers here, we are trying to help and starlink gave you some excellence advice. I myself have sent you PM with some really useful info.
This whole forum is more of a discussion and learning site, and the main objective is to encourage, interact and explain astrologically why something is happening in your life, rather than just ‘drop the answer in your lap’ and not necessarily to provide professional readings and forecast future events.
Have you read the 'welcome sticky'? cos it has some great pointers and links for study. I must confess I do prefer that newbies 'make an effort' and follow the links or suggestions, so they learn.............
As starlink suggests, you may want to try a Horary question in GLounge horary forum....
There are broadly speaking two main branches Astrologers fall into, Horary and natal Astrologers (but if you look at main index you will see lots more, like vocational, electional, mundane etc) will look at questions throughout different forums using techniques like Secondary Progressions, Solar Arcs, Transits, Solar returns, which can take years of studying, research and practise, but if you are truly interested, dive in, you’ll get lots of support, help and advice.
There are all types of Astrologers use this forum but mainly fall into Traditional & Western Astrology, the differences are explained here
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Western_astrology
Traditional astrologers mainly answer Horary questions but lots others also and different rules apply than from natal.
Anyone can ask a horary question. You do not need a birth time to use this method of astrological enquiry. What you do need is the exact time the question was clearly worded in your mind. An experienced horarist can, using the time you have asked the question and the place from which it was asked, explore a particular matter in great detail.
Horary astrology can be used to enquire about health, marriage, love affairs, work matters, travel, relocation and many other matters that affect our daily lives. It can be used to find lost things, people, pets, and many other subjects. Try not to attempt horary without first acquiring a sound knowledge of Natal chart basics though.

Re: Will I ever have a child of my own?
Chect out the attached scientific article... it is based on vedic astrology so subract 24 degrees from all your planets and angles to get your vedic chart. Your first house is virgo and your 5th house is Capricorn. Rahu (The Moon's north node) is in the 5th and the articles says that when Rahu is in the 5th: "Indicates few children or troubles with children. Can also indicate abortions."
5th ruler Saturn is in the 10th of which the article says:
"Good for children, suggests children who become well known."
Since I am not a vedic astrologer, I will not expand upon what is said in the article, however from a western astrology perspective my answer would be "yes, eventually" that you will give birth, perhaps with the aid of IVF (5th ruler Saturn trine Uranus) and a multiple birth (Twins, etc) is possible because 5th ruler Saturn is in a double-bodied sign (Gemini). Good luck!
edit: the article is too big to attach

I understand your frustrations regarding this question and no one here including me has reprimanded you. In fact I have gone out of my way to be helpful and yet your still moaning.....
If you have done some research for similar questions and threads you have half the answers already and most people here would appreciate it if you posted your chart for others to properly evaluate your question!! But for whatever reason you either cannot and don't want to post your chart. Your choice. Like it's our choice how we respond to questions.....

Thanks Mr, that's interesting! Is that website I can connect to, to read that? Or just an article you personally have?

You have to be a registered member of the website http://www.sciencedirect.com/ to download the article. Then type the authors name "Rajesh Naz" into the search engine and you should find the article.
edit: I found a link: http://download.journals.elsevierhea...0106000107.pdf
