So who are my hidden enemies?

I have Aquarius in the 12th house (hidden enemies). Does this mean people with Aquarius placements secretly dislike me or I secretly dislike people with Aquarius placements?

Also what about the 8th house? Does Libra control me or do I control Libra?

It is too difficult to say without seeing your chart. The 12th house has many meanings, and you might get through life without a lot of hidden enemies of the planet that rules the sign on your 12th house cusp is well-aspected.

I think you look to Uranus and or Saturn. And they may describe the hidden enemy, and also the reasons for the emnity. Also any planets in the 12th house. So the enemies will not be Aquarians, but may be people you've had an Aquarian issue with. Or issues regarding your Saturn or Uranus.

As for your 8th house question, I think it depends on the dignity of Venus, and there are lots of ways of figuring that out, like rulerships, elevation, sect, hemisphere, aspects, houses, etc.

I have Venus in my 12th and I think that explains the situation with regards to some of my hidden enemies quite well. But you never know with hidden enemies... I'm gonna go check behind my couch now.
