Here I go again, my fourth horary, I think.

I'm willing to be the guinea pig of the horary tutors here, I'm interested in being guided to reach my own conclusions!
Ok, so I applied for an artist support program in january, and I would like to know if I will get it.
It's a program given by the British Council here in Brasil. They choose a certain number of art projects and then they support the chosen artists in a residence of two or three months in England, so that they can develop their projects there. The goal is to foment cultural exchange, and the projects are supposed to reflect the interaction between the two cultures.
So, I sent my project and now I am here biting my nails to know if I will be aproved. Result comes up in late march.
I am Moon, Moon is in detriment in the 8th, isn't it?
Moon is conjunct the Sun, who rules my financial resources (2nd house, money), and ruler of my money is placed in the house of other people's resources... I'm a bit confused by that, but it seems to describe me asking for financial support?
Saturn is placed in my house of money, and Saturn is ruler of 8th, money from others, so, it seems to be the same theme as Sun in the 8th, but Saturn in 2nd is bad news about getting financial support, imo...
Funny that this is the second horary I pull for getting financial support, and both horaries had Saturn in the 2nd house. Well, not very funny.
Anyways, going straight to the point, I am a weak Moon in the 8th, and, since the program is a support to a temporary residence overseas, then I guess the residence is shown by ruler of 9th house, Jupiter, which is fitting to an overseas residence.
Jupiter and Moon make no aspect. Nice!
Jupiter rules Moon, tho... They decide, huh?
Since this is about career, support for an artistic career, I feel I must take a look at 10th house ruler, and check the 2nd to it to see financial support to career, and the 9th to it in order to see career-related overseas travel... Can I do that? Or is this going too far?
So, the 11th would be second to it, "career's money". Would that make sense?
Mars and Venus in applying sextile is a great thing.
The 9th to it would be the 6th, ruled by Jupiter, which is in separating conjunction from Mars.
I'm not getting it, am I?? I'm stretching this reading all sides to see if I can get it somehow, but it doesnt seem likely. Big SIGH!
