Day and night triplicity

Hi

Just started wondering about these.
If its a night chart, ie the Sun is below the horizon, does the night triplicity count rather than the day one?

Ie. Jupiter is a significator. In Aquarius, Saturn is the day triplicity, and Mercury is the night trip. So... if its a night chart, does that mean Jupiter likes Mercury in triplicity (as well as being in Saturn's domain).?
