Are my kids and me safe here

hello,
ok my horary question: Are me and my kids safe here in the home we live in?

For about a week now i have been having horrid dreams of what is to come for Mother earth(Pluto In Cap), and have been feeling the tension rise in the atmosphere unfortunately, and now with all of the power from the eclipse we seem to have not touched the fact that eclipses are powerful both in positive and negative ways.

I do currently live in a area that is considered "unstable"

now according to the chart:
Asc-Me-Jup in 2nd
my kids-Mars in 2nd also, ruler of 5th in the second
Ruler of 2nd is in the 10th perhapes showing some worry, while Luna is conjunct or combust to my significator perhaps showing the worry or maternal instinct with regards to keeping my kids safe.

honestly at this point i can not be objective as it involves the dearest thing to my heart.

It looks safe. Jupiter is the ruler of you, in aquarious, and it conjuncts the ruler of the fourth, eventually, with neptune in aquarious. Looks like the question about the kids might be irrelavent...fifth house is ruled by mars and the 8th is the fourth from the fifth, and there are no aspects between each rulers...looks like if you are safe, which you are, then the kids will be too.

The last aspect the moon makes is a conjunction to neptune in the third, maybe they will stay with your sister or brother?

Thank you Thirdeyestudio. The only issue we are now located literally across the globe from any of my siblings. also i am not sure if we count the outer planets in horary correct?
I am new to this school of astrology, so i am not clear about the outer plantes.
Anyway, thank you you have put my mind at ease.

I used the book "The only way to learn electional and horary astrology" and it is simple and easy. If you decide to use the outer planets then just be consistent, that is what they say. I dont use pluto though..mars as the ruler for that. The other books on astrology can be a bit too complicated and I like to keep it simple. If you are going to use traditional rulers, then use it for all questions, if you use outer planets, then use them for all.

I may be totally wrong here - as this kind of horary question is new to me.

But I would like to toss out an interpretation:

I would use Jupiter as both you sig, and for your current home - the 4th. Jupiter is at 4*Aquarius in the 2nd. Not understanding what 3rdeyestudio said about using the 5th from the 4th - I would use the cusp of the 5th for your children. Your children would be Mars in Cap in the 2nd. Moon is also in Aquarius in the 2nd, and will conjunct Jupiter in 2 somethings. Moon rules the 8th house - hmm... and in the 2nd - alimony, child support, inheritance?

I'm also curious as to why the ruler of 7th and 10th is retrograding back to conjunct the sig for the children in the 2nd. This might be a connection to the childrens' father? Wonder what it could mean?

To other horarists, I would like understanding on why 3rdeyestudio used the 5th from the 4th ( or 3rdeye, if you're still around.)
