Hello! First of all the house of Karma is the 12th house. So look at planets in it. Also your karma is shown by the north and south nodes. Any aspects to the nodes and house placement show your karmic way. What you mean under twin soul a partner or a close friend? Anyway twin soul is the one with whom you were together in your past life. Check yourself if there is any aspect between the ruler of your 7th house(partnership) and the any of the nodes. Or between the planets in the 7th house and the nodes. The north node is the way you must follow in this life to improve your karma, the south node is the karma you bought in this life. Transiting Jupiter in conjunction with your natal Jupiter in the 11th house indicates the fulfilin of your hopes and good social relationships etc.if is not afflicted. The fact that you relocated has grate influence on your progressed, solar return and horary charts, but not on your natal one(inborn tendencies) and karma. Look at your natal ninth house, there you'll see your long distance journeys. By the way i saw a lot of interesting things in your natal chart. You could be good astrologor if keep on learning(sun conj.uranus). The same aspect in your seventh house indicates some difficulties in your relationships. I don't know realize you it or not but you don't want to loss freedom and your independence causes some problems. The reason of your strong attraction i think is the opposition of your ascendants. In my practice i have many cases like this. You both are absolutly difference and almost the same. You see in him what you'd be if you were a man(think about it). He's like a miror for you. Look into it to see your other side. The synanstry chart is really very interesting and here's too many things to judge. It's simply impossible to write everything now.
