Antares conjunct MC

Antares is at the exact degree of my MC, 9 Sag. Correspondingly Aldebaran will be at my IC - and Formalhaut about 1 deg away from my AC. Means anything? Antares signifies honor and WAR. But surely I'm not gonna be the next Hitler right? How important is fixed stars in Natal astrology?

Somewhat important. Now, there's no possible way your the "next Hitler" simply because Hitler had no existent water energies, none. Compared to your clutter of planets inside Scorpio.

It's possible however that you could be a great soldier, I see your 2nd house Jupiter recieving Saturn in a trine. Keep in mind that the MH=Career and Saggitarius is a fiery sign.

Re: Antares conjunct MC

As I recall, when culminating, Antares gives honor, preferment and good fortune. This seems to be the one position where it has entirely good influence.

Re: Antares conjunct MC

The Fixed Stars are quite important in natal astrology, it's arguable that they are what made Hitler, Hitler.

The difference is that Antares is a good star, mostly. Antares is the heart of the Scorpion, the problem with the star is that - like most principle stars - it is a fortune star that seeks to advance the native (especially when on the MC), but keeping with its color and constellation association, it seeks to force itself unto the native in a way that maybe the native can't seem to control, and so is definitely a test to the will power. So, on the one hand, it can lead to good fortune, or it could lead to someone who is self-defeating due to their stubbornness.

MC is a good place for it, but it might make you seem hard-headed and willful to others. It's mostly of the nature of Mars, if you can't tell.

Actually, I would say it was Hitler's lack of a strong planet and his unfortunate star placements that led him to be who he was.
