I Really Do Need Help!!!!!!!!

TO whom it may concern,

I am a 26 years old male and I do feel really really stuck with life. I do need some help! Thanks. (See THREE QUESTIONS BELOW)

A) About My Life
=============
I have been feeling terribly lonely due to my aggression/impulses that have hurt my siblings/family/friends/colleagues (for almost 4 years) and sad and clueless (i.e., the current Master's program that I am in now) about my life in the past 2 years. It seems like I am lack of interest in nothing, but metaphysical, and watching **** movies.

Despite of my interest in these two areas, my girlfriend whom I lived with, my family, my friends and my culture background seemed to discourage me from both of my interest. Because of that, I not only feel guilty when reading metaphysical and sex related topics, I also learnt to liar about what I am doing in front of my computer. I tried to avoid these area of interests as I believe that I should not waste my time on things that will hinder my ability to perform. But, I still failed!

B) About money
============
When will the money comes into play in my life. I have not feel the inheritance, taxes, and whatever so on that related to 8th House. Anyone could help on this question?

C) About career
============
Based on my aspects and sign/planets/house/rulers of house, any suggestions of the top 5 careers that would be suitable for me?

If you just want a reading without learning astrology, you might try one of the "personals" boards the Astrodienst forum at www.astro.com .

But just to get you started: astrologers can get a little suspicious of rounded number birth times. Is 4:00 your birth time or an estimate? It will make a difference in terms of your astrological house placements. But assuming your birth time is correct, I would note you big concentration of planets in the 8th house. Each house covers a lot of topics, but one meaning of the 8th house is sex. Another meaning is "forbidden" occult subjects. Ruled by the sign of Scorpio, it can also be highly secretive. So if this truly is your nature, I think your best tack is to find more empowering, constructive uses of your energy.

With Pluto and Saturn square Mars, I would imagine that aggression and hostility is a big theme for you. You may be too quick to take offense where none was intended. Does your girlfriend have the patience of a saint? You probably turn your anger on her more often than you should. Have you involved yourself in a disciplined martial art such as karate? It would probably be helpful for you.

In terms of your career, it is helpful if you indicate your education and work experience to date, and whether you are able to return to school in another field, with more tuition fees, &c.

Also, with the kinds of issues you have described, you might wish to get counseling from a licensed clinical psychologist if you have not done so already.

Hey cskhee2 - interesting chart you have here!

You are very specific with your questions so let's go

A) feeling lonely - yeah that means that you are not comfortable with who you are and have not yet learned to communicate easily.

It may be interesting to know what you are studying and what choices you have at Uni that could help you.

Your Sun and Moon are both in Fire and until you have learned to use this amazing creative energy you may well be dumping it on all around you. Not wanting to be dumped on, people withdraw - leaving you as you say, feeling lonely. Take this as feedback - you are intelligent and can learn to do things different.

You are a Sag and have a whole bunch of planets in 8th and 9th houses - both to do with deeper knowledge - so of course metaphysics is going to fascinate you. Carlos Castenada says, " Look for a path with a heart". Good advice I think!

So keep looking cskhee2!

Maybe you made a poor choice of Masters programme and you are now regretting it? Hard to say with no info - astrology does not work in a vacuum - but in the context of your daily life.

Also with so much energy cskhee2, what do you do recreationally? Some kind of sport or physical activity could help a lot to ground and release all that fire.

B) About money - sorry but a bunch of planets in the 8th house may not mean that you ever inherit even a bean. It may just mean that you work in a job that handles "other people's money" like accountancy or law. It is not possible in a horoscope to say at what level a symbol will work - whether e.g. Neptune will mean mysticism or drugs.

We have some free will here.

C) Career - well you have huge amounts of creative energy and drive and need a job with lots of independence. Any post with these caveats will do - art would do it and so would sales. But to do sales you would soon learn to communicate well or you would sell nothing! You have to think what qualifications you have that could be used to give you and your drive all the space you need - a job with traveling seems obvious

So these answers may start our conversation cskhee2. Please forgive me if I have added to your feelings of sadness etc with any of these remarks.

If you really feel so bad about how things are going in your life and if you even acknowledge that you have an anger problem, then this is what I personally would do to improve myself and get my life on track.
A course in anger management would be helpful, but finding out why you are behaving the way you do, would be far more effective.

You dont have an easygoing chart. Lots of planets in the 8th house, indeed, do show an interest in 8th house subjects: life and death issues, money, sex, and many planets in this area very often do show that the person will be confronted with crisis in his/her life. It is also a house where worrying and fear rule strongly.

We are not ruled by the stars and planets however and we all have the free will to choose to change things which we dislike and which make us unhappy in life. My choice would be to start talking to a professional who can help you. Dont feel ashamed or bad about that. If you are truly interested in improving your life, just do it!

Transiting Saturn is making square aspects to your 8th house planets which could be the reason why you are feeling less then good at the moment. This will pass, believe me.
Doing a masters shows me that you are an intellingent young man and it would be a shame to not make use of your abilities .

By the way, do you have any knowledge of astrology? in your post this is not clear. It would be a very good tool for self-analysis (typical 8th house thing as well).

When we look at career we look at MC in Capricorn, 2nd house, how you earn your money Taurus, type of work you do 6th house Virgo. ALL earth signs, therefore has to be something practical.

Ruler of your chart is Mars which is conjunct MC in Capricorn, mars = physical energy with is exalted in sign of Capricorn making you rather strong.

Mars square to Moon in 12th =bossy mother
Mars square Pluto = physical violence, or extreme sports, energy put into something practical in 7th house ie; with your partner or significant other.
Mars square Saturn = frustration or doing ones duty in cautious and constructive manner. prob suggest your physical energy as a child was blocked, stunted or not allowed to express itself properly.
Sun combust with Uranus= Eccentric, impatience, want freedom to do unusal things..
Mercury (how you think and communicate) is conjunct Uranus = argumentativeness. Flashes of insight, inspiration, but can you ground and do anything with it?
Venus conjunct Uranus is divorce aspect

Aries Asc, impatience, impulsive, self centred, dont hold grudges, great at ideas, starting lots projects, not very good with money except spending it.

Every planet above horizon then, relates better in situations of one to many rather than one on one..

Careers, military, boxing, martial arts, rock climbing teacher......research behind the scenes work, but practical Scorpio/8th house = goods of the deceased, joint finances resources, sex, conception, life & death matters, inheritance....

Thank you so much for taking the time to interpret my chart. After reading the posts, I think that I really have lots of problems in me (which coresponded to an un-easygoing chart). But, my problem had been so deep that it is very hard to explain with typing on the threads.

First, I will answer Mercuryrising's thread.

My first answer is that I am in my last semester of my Master's of Biotechnology in San Jose, CA, USA. It is neither a Master's of Science nor a Master's of Art, but my Master programme focuses in both the biological sciences and business coursework. Majority of my cohorts are very experienced and have at least 3-5 years or more of working experiences in the Silicon Valley. Most of the people I have talked to plan to enter the managerial positions after graduation. Those who are not entering the managerial positions seems to think that I am trying to challenge or competing with them when I try to interact with them. Somehow, I can sense that people in this program, including the director of this program (who interviewed and accepted me) and most of my cohorts, only work with me if I can provide them with resources that help them to grow. Because of that, I rarely interact with them cause I keep feeling insecure that I have been used to work for them. In addition to that, I kept having problems of saying things I wanted to say, and I can sense that I have having problem with the ability to understand, focus and react (including verbalizing), which often caused unnecessary confusion, strong conflict and, ultimately, I have to bare more load than what I have assigned for. This is what I have been sad about.

The answer for your (Mercuryrising) second question is that I tried many activities in the past, including basketball and social activities. Things had changed after I recognized my girlfriend. Somehow, I feel that my life was "controlled" by my gf, as she is not trusting me after she found out hat I am been trying to do things in unusual ways. Slowly in progression, I finally lost interest in all outdoor activities and also computer games I had used to love. Because my free time was spent at home, I have been over-indulged in sex and masterbation on bed when my gf is not around. I do feel somehow guilty, but it just seems like I am "possessed with sex" or something I can't control of.

Second, I will answering Starlink's questions.

I have little knowledge in Astrology and I also feel the same as you that it could be a good tool for self-analysis. Astrology is a form of psychology and understanding yourself if very important and i can imagine it would be something you could get your teeth into, so to speak. Cos Scorpio and 8th house loves deep and meaningful....

You dont have to earn a living out of astrology, in fact no many people do, but you are allowed a hobby, recreational activities....
