Im born on 16.08.1973 at 20.30. Belgrade Serbia and my husband on 02.04.1971 at 07.45. in Pristina Kosovo(Serbia) .Our plans are to immigrate to Canada. Please help me, I need to know will this happen and when(approximately)?

Alright. Got the ASC in Cancer 14:11 with the Moon on the ASC. That's not a good sign since Cancer and the Moon are both co-significators of home. PF is in the 4th house says the same thing.

The significator of foreign lands is Saturn Rx in Leo 4:23 in the 1st house. Although it has accidental dignity, it's is highly essentially debilitated by being Rx and in Leo.

I'm sorry. I don't think you'll be immigrating any time soon. Saturn Rx and in a fixed sign shows a lot of delays. Mercury debilited shows your country in a bad shape, but the last asepct is an easy trine, so it won't be as bad as you think.
