Winds of change ?

Hello

I have a question regarding my future in terms of my work and the inter-personal relationships. After a long, long time (actually 6 years, though it seems like forever

) the head of the organization is retiring. He was not efficient and the organization was not functioning well in the recent times. So every one is happy to see the last of him. The new boss steps in tomorrow. This person has been with the organization for nearly 10 years. He is liked and admired by everyone ... he is also very efficient.

I wish to know whether the organization will benefit under this new person's leadership ? I am eagerly waiting for the winds of change to sweep in ...

My take on the chart ...

The Ascendent is too early ... its too early to tell. Right ... he has not joined his post yet.

I am Venus in the 9th house. The workplace is the 10th house, signified by Saturn. Saturn's position on the 6th house cusp indicate perhaps a lot of work pressure in the coming months.

Who represents the boss in this chart ? The 7th ruler or the 10th ruler ? Need the help of experienced horarists to proceed further ...

Well, the question is will the organization benefit under this new leadership so I thing that we should look at the 2o house of incomes and benefits. The 2o house ruler is Mercury, in combust and in 8o - I think that actualy it is too early because whan something is in combust it means that it is still hidden (also in 8o house) and AC is at 2,58. Mecury has no aspect with Moon. Fortune is at the end of 1o so I think that it should be interpreted at the 2o. You - Venus, trines Saturn - so I guess that you are keeping your jub, this indicating stability. My knoledge goes this far...

I would use jupiter as he is with in 1 degree of moving to the MC and reflective of something just about to change. Saturn as ruler of the MC in mercury (details) might be reflective of someone who works hard and is focused on details. Since we are focused on how the job we need to rotate the chart so the 10th house and its derivatives are used thus the 10ths 6th house is 3rd and ruled by mercury. Mercury is under the sunbeams in works 11th house. the sun rules the 8th so the details of the job, daily routine is burned by the transformation going on in the job. Next we would follow the moon as I think it might be the best descriptor. It is hidden right now in the 10ths 12th house which fits.It trines saturn then conjoins venus then jupiter. Venus rules 4 and 9? move? legal issues? end of the matter? Jupiter 11 and 2? money and friendship or the collective.I wonder if there is a postive change in money? for the crew? Try it that way and see what happens. My head gets to spinning when I start turning a chart

This describes the new boss perfectly ! He joined his post today and the first day went well. Let's see how the future unfolds ... everyone is upbeat about the transition. Thank you for the comment.

Its been just about a fortnight and the new boss means business. He is a hard worker and keeping us on our toes !!! It is a much needed change ...
