A or B?", how do i see the significators? first person is 7th and the other is 1st? then the person asking is moon? or these type of question cant be answered??

Re: horary A or B question

When you unable to determine rulers, than formulate question on the way to get easy answer. So, instead of that question, you could ask question "Is A right choice for me?"
But if you want to complicate life yourself than you ask question as you did. In that case you must asign appropriate planet for those 2. For example is some of them is serious, you asign Sa as his ruler, or if someone of them is full of himself you asign Sun to that person. And than look at receptions.

Re: horary A or B question

Hi Whitney, I think Marc Edmund Jones has something written about that. I remember reading it when the question was about which financial manager to take out of 4 different guys. Will look it up!

Re: horary A or B question

Well, I'm interested in that, too.

As far as I know, you have to pick up multiple rulers of the same house (concerning the question, obviously). These rulers are by triplicity. How is that working?

For example, you asked about these two guys, both are linked to 7th House and you have a diurnal chart, so you'll look at the table of triplicities for each element.

Let's say you have Descendant in Sagittarius. That means you have a Fire triplicity, which is ruled by Jupiter (the natural ruler of Sagittarius, which is A) and Sun (the ruler by triplicity, which is B).

Here is the table of triplicities, provided by Skyscript.co.uk:

Hope this helps.
