When will he commit for marriage??

My birth details are 9th auguat 1982, 08:48 am, Dehradun , India.
Those of my partners are 24th june, 1979, 08:50 am, Delhi, India.

I have been in rocky love relationship with this guy for the last 4 years... But till date he has not committed to be for marriage, although he came close to it many times, but things kept coming between us, including his parents resistance due to our different castes. Once again he is on the verge of committing to me, but is again hesitating and postponing the issue. I want to know if ever he will marry me, and if so when will our marriage happen.
I would be really grateful to those who can put my mind at ease by answering my query, and with ur advice.

I have gone through my chart and readings many a times, in an attempt to derive its meanings...but have not been able to get a definitive answer to this particular question of mine. Also as I have only started learning astrology, i dont want to influence others by giving my own interpretation right away. I am giving below some details of my chart...

Well, this should really not worry you, as this is exactly what we request for, no matter how elementary your astro skills are. So, please make an effort to *interpret* at least some of those planetary placements. Move around this forum and see how others are doing it.

Myown reading vis my chart is that right now is that i am in mahadasha of Ketu till 2014, which brings about about a great amount of uncertainity in relationships etc. Because of this i am facing a partner who has this flickering temperament, and im unable to find any stability in my relationship.
Also i have subperiod of Venus till mid-dec 2009. Although my Venus bieng placed in the 10th house is not bad, but as my Venus is bieng overpowered by Jupiter in my Lagna chart, it is not able to bring about its effects, hence im not able to convert my love relationship into marriage.
I have tried some remedies to strenghthen planet Venus, but they dont seem to be working.
My worry is regarding this itself that i dont want to let this period till december pass by because I feel, and if not marriage, atleast if somehow i can make best use of this current planetary configuration, I could atleast convert my relationship into a permanent one.
Else the next subperiod of moon starting in march 2009 till october 2009, is not a right time for marriage, although in my partners chart this is the ideal time for marriage.
Please help me with your valuable opinions and reading.

plus in future if you do post, kindly post your chart not birth data, which would mean a member would have to use their own computer/software to calculate to see the chart....
