With Jupiter conjunct Uranus, and Uranus opposing the Ascendant, she likes the thrill of conquest then gets bored with guys easily.
She needs to learn how to use that Saturn energy in her 6th House or she'll wake up one day when she's about 47-48 and figure out she ain't got nobody and ain't gonna.

Good analysis Bob. To add a bit more, her last quarter Aries Moon is attempting to reconcile what Bob has noted. This weak, but impulsive fire quality Moon is quickly bored after emotional "conquest." The energy of Saturn could dampen this from the Sixth House, but the Sagittarius synod of Jupiter/Uranus in the Seventh (unconscious mind) is quite strong. Learning to use that Saturn energy will most likely occur after her first Saturn Return, if she is conscious of this return, and its implications. She would be well to slow down, and not be so excited merely on impulse and conquest, as Bob has keenly observed.
The Sun in "Pisces" connection she has had with past boyfriends is most likely due to the position of her natal Moon. Most people who form love bonds of some sort have a Sun/Moon conjunction. With her Moon at the first degree of Aries, just out of tropical Pisces, and with her past boyfriend's Sun in Pisces, I am not surprised to hear this. Most of Pisces is in her 11th House, the house of friends, and this is where she meets most of her boyfriends, in groups of people who know each other, or who introduce new people to one another. Any solar position in Pisces that easily sextiles her Mars/Mercury position in early Taurus is a potential boyfriend and any that sextiles her Venus position in late Taurus would be too.
Her Uranus is strongly angular on the DC, with Jupiter conjoined. The current squares from transiting Saturn in Virgo has been causing some disruptions in 2008, but Saturn is passing out of orb later this autumn, so that tension is waning with influence.
The Last Quarter natal Moon is strong at 0-1 degrees Aries, but has a active square aspect to Neptune at 29-Sagittarius inside her Seventh House. This is the attempt to "join" with another in an "ideal" relationship.
However, most Moon-Neptune squares can fog one's goals and desires with woolgathering, wasting time, with sometimes strong subconscious tendencies that are "projected" onto the "other" ~ which is misleading, since the Venus quincux aspect (150 degrees) to Neptune shows that the real work, or projection, should be on herself. She should use more of her earth positions in Taurus to slow down when she gets excited. It will not be easy with an angular Uranus, but she can do this be expressing that energy through creative pursuits, like art, which she should do very well with by the way.
By basing her "ideals" of the other onto herself, she effectively neutralizes the impulsive needs of her Jupiter/Uranus conjunction in the Seventh, along with her natal Aries Last Quarter Moon. This Moon, in this phase, can be seen as trying to "complete" something within herself. Should she not carry this into a relationship, she should be able to find more stable enjoyment of another man by being more earthy and practical, by staying "real" and relaxing without the need to conquest another emotionally.
This can be accomplished easily. Although her Sun, Moon, Jupiter, Uranus and Neptune are all in the fire element, her Mercury, Venus, Mars and Chiron are in the earth element, Bob was correct in noting Saturn's position.
Here, in early Scorpio, a water sign, Saturn is also conjoined to Pluto, at the last degree of Libra, an air sign that relates directly to the fire positions in her chart. There are nine (9) Pluto aspects to her natal positions spread throughout the chart, with a nice sextile aspect to her Neptune in the last degree of Sagittarius ~ this is the "idealism" which seeks a perfect relationship in the world at large. She also has a sextile aspect to her Saturn in Scorpio that seeks physical union with the "other" she has idealised.
The real problem will be MEN. Her Mars position in Taurus is complicated, and she should be very picky about the males she wants to have a relationship with, according to the aspects to Mars. Her bi-quintiles to Jupiter & Uranus in her Seventh house is quirky, she has unusual tastes in men, and is intrigued by a "certain" type.
The opposition from her natal Mars to her Saturn/Pluto can be difficult for a meaningful and healthy relationship. She should avoid males with bad tempers, and not get involved with men who do not have a healthy emotional balance, especially when it comes to women.
Secondary Progressions will help to ease this though as she grows older, but she should take care in not being impulsive, and will want to slow down, and express herself more fully through her own "ideal" of herself, cultivating the kind of person she is, wants to be, and then allowing the magnetic resonance of that personal inner projection to attract the kind of man into her life. He will show up if she mutes the impulsiveness of only what she sees out in the world in front her, and pays more attention to what person she truly is, and in this way, she will attract her soul mate.
