Friend or lover?

hi,

I'm wondering if this man that I am currently friends with has any sexual interest in me? We are emotionally close, and at times there is considerable sexual tensions, but I am afraid that I am imagining this.
Could anyone shed some light?

I can analyze this chart the way I usually do with all major and minor, essential and accidental dignities. However, the answer is actually jumping right from the chart at my face, so I'm gonna make this short.

Yes, the guy has a sexual interest in you, but... yes.. there are buts involved.

See, you are signified by the Sun in Aries which is its exaltation sign. The sign was peregrine in Pisces so I suppose this means that you have recently acquired some confidence about the matter, However, the Sun is in the 8th house which gives it a lot of accidental delbility. It's like this, nothing is wrong with you but it's the wrong time or place or something.

He is signified by Saturn Rx. If this is the same guy you keep asking about, then I remember his significator being in Rx motion in a previous chart as well. Saturn is essentially debilitated by being in its sign of detriment and accidentally debilitated by being in the 12 house, the worst of them all. In his case, it's not just accidental that he's no good for you, its essential. Maybe you like this guy so much (your significator receives his) that you are not seeing the bad sides of this relationship. Also the Rx motion shows him stuck in the past or returning to old issues.

Your significator and his are mutually applying to one another, this is what gives the yes answer. However, the Sun will get frustrated by the Moon before it perfects the trine. Besides, the Moon is not telling a fun story. It's last aspect was an opposition with Mars, a malefic and the ruler of the 4th (past) and 9th (freedom) houses in this chart. It doesn't make any more aspects with any of the traditional planets, so traditionally it is VOC (status quo). However, if you like to consider modern planets, the last aspect the Moon makes before leaving this sign is a conjunction with Pluto, a modern malefic.

Since the eclipse, I have been feeling this very same notion that you have stated above. Because of this, I have tried to gain distance from this guy so I can actually find someone or something better. And nearly in every instance, I'm drawn back into having to comunicate with him about business matters...which turn to personal and emotional chats as usual. I feel as if there is some creepy Karmic lesson I'm supposed to be learning!
I only asked this question because I wanted objective evidence to support that I'm not imaging the "tension." Ever since Mercury Rx in Pisces, I haven't been too centered with my "gut" instincts.

Geesh... I was involved with one around July 2004 too. It didn't work out romantically but it was all passionate with a strong sexual attraction. What special transit of Venus is that? spooky...
