No, there is no aspect. In traditional horary we work only with sextile, conjunction, oposition, square and trine aspects. So, here we do not have applaying aspect and answer to your question is "no, thay are not still in school".

I would interpret it as possibly in the future as would take (from the information you gave us) 10th of the person which I would call cancer and moon therein quincux jupiter within a degree or so so the answer would be not know there were adjustments that had to be made, possibly financially before they could go.
