I Have Been Using The Wrong Natal Chart This Entire Time!!!
I have made a most disturbing discovery today...I am not and never have been Aquarian Maverick! Let me explain.
Today is my father's birthday, so I thought it to be the perfect opportunity to inquire about his natal information without arousing suspicion. My mom offered to check for his birth certificate since he had no idea what time he was born, but she accidently retrieved my brother's. Shawn was the one born at 3:44 AM, while I was born at 6:04 AM! I have been studying the wrong natal chart this entire time! All of those great interpretations I have accumulated during my time on the forums no longer apply! I have wasted your time as well as my own! I am a totally different person than I thought I was!
I AM A TRIPLE ARIES WITH A FIRST HOUSE STELLIUM! MY MIDHEAVEN IS NO LONGER IN SCORPIO! I NO LONGER HAVE THAT TWELFTH HOUSE STELLIUM! Please help me, I'm totally freaking out!
Beth

Deep breath and calm down
Go back and check the certificate again.
If it is the case, that you have been using the wrong vital statistics, then be grateful; at least you now know what you truly are. Its better than leading a life with the wrong information. It must be hard, a bit like finding out like you are adopted or something but hang in there!
You can at least re-apply all the skills that you have learnt on your incorrect chart for this one. You can also learn truly who you are now, it should be you, as opposed you trying to fit into a chart. It should explain things that have happened in your life.
And if you are worried about your current chart because it looks odd or you aren't happy with it, then don't worry, every chart has good points and bad points.
and welcome to the world of gem Mars in the third house, just like me! Use that tongue! :P (and cap MC, aries asc too!)

Hi Beth
Quite disturbing indeed... but, hey, at least the date doesn't change...
This situation isn't that uncommon as you might think; it happened to me to too, until I found a written record of my birth time - the Ascendant sign changed.
Don't worry, working with a wrong time for a while it didn't affect your life in a significant way. You have now a culminating Uranus, which is better for astrology endeavors than an Aquarius Ascendant.
After all, I'd say YOU DID behave like an Aquarian Maverick, "high-strung and unpredictable, thinking of yourself as a maverick...". Most unpredictable indeed...

What a dynamo Aryan Maverick!! (OK just playing).
The equinox and solar eclipse are going to knock your socks off!! 0 degree Aries energy is happening all over you!
Hey think of all the hours you can spend recasting yourself now. What fun. I think it would be cool to find out I made a mistake on my chart and could relearn it all over again!
And hey, based on this chart, I think you would be a great business woman and could sell ice cubes to eskimos! Ok you would make a great revolutionary too! I'm sorry this hit you so hard..on St. Patrick's day yet. I'm sure there is pot of gold here somewhere.
Also Beth, I think it's highy synchronistic that you discovered this after posting your Kryon Channel which talks about how the Indigos are supposed to receive their purpose and plan next year. The Saturn Neptune conjunction in your 10th was probably what brought you here in the first place as you were trying to figure out your purpose in life.

Aquarian Maverick,
See how Mercury and Jupiter Rx have helped with this? What a thing to go through! WOW.....breath, slow down, and like the others said- go back and slowly go over your actual birth certificate.
Look at the timing of this Beth.......with 0 Aries/Spring Equinox right around the corner!?! If this 'new' natal IS indeed your natal, then look at all that Aries.......and the degree on the ASC? Super powerful angles all around! But hey the Nodes are in the same signs. Just in time for a totally new start for you with your natal starting with the Sun entering 0 Aries. Conjuncting your ASC and then all those Aries planets in 1.
I can imagine how you must be feeling about now because of all of this. Just know that it happened for a reason and it'll make more sense in a bit. You need to change your name now too Miss lots a Aries!

On another note the change makes perfect sense to me. Now with Mars in the 3rd, the ruler of the 1st house and stellium, and with Mars in mutual reception with Mercury, you have been living out much of what you percieved to be what your brother could not. He has been a driving force in your life --and you hare energy with each other.
You should post his corrected chart again too so we can take a look.'

That's the first comparison that came to mind when I discovered my error! Indeed, I believe I would have been less upset if my parents told me I was adopted; at least I hadn't spent months researching my heredity!

I never actually saw my own birth certificate, but the odds are very slim that both my brother and I were born at 3:44 AM...nevertheless, I will check

I know, and that's the reason why I chose this screen name! I immediately felt an Aquarian connection, but now I don't have any planets or asteroids there!

Wow. That is so crazy. Atleast you don't have that 12th house thingy anymore. Don't you feel liberated? 10th house, well, shoot, that's a comparative walk in the park!
And you have 8th house Pluto, just like me! It's such a badass placement, really. It explains your interest in astrology, and other such occult joys
We luv ya anyway, whatever you are.
Definately gotta pick a new screeen name, though.

Ouch, that looks tough. No, seriously, I went through a similar issue just a while ago. I had the correct birth time, but little did I know that all the astro programs made my chart for winter time, when I'm actually born on summer time. So, my chart changed, not in such a drastic way as yours but I certainly felt like a stranger to myself for a short time. The good thing is that you now have the correct time, and you'll get used to the new chart - trust me. I had Venus and Mars in the 12th house, when in reality they're in 1st house which is of course a nice thing. You got rid of your 12th house stellium too. I hated saying goodbye to those nice Jupiter-trines, but I got a lot of good in return.
And you always learn more about astrology, no matter whose chart you're interpreting, so all this time is not wasted.

So, can you guys help me interpret this new chart? I feel utterly lost in my identity...
And why do I have to be a triple Aries? Wasn't that Sun/Venus/Mercury stellium enough? :?
No Longer Aquarian Maverick
P.S. Is there any way to change my screen name without creating an entirely new one?

Maverick,
I haven't knowingly encountered anyone who had both their sun and moon in the same sign! And for that matter, in Aries. I too have the sun in the 1st house, but under Libra with a Libra Asc. Do you seem to stand out in school more than your classmates?
With the moon in the first house, your emotions are probably always out in the open. (Especially with all of that Aries energy)
Don't be flustered that you are only finding this "true" chart now, as Shakespeare wrote, "The fault, dear Brutus, is not in our stars,
But in ourselves, that we are underlings."
Sometimes these little setbacks are to teach us that no matter how well we think we understand something, the universe will remove her veil and completely void our current reality. This way here, we never stop thirsting for truth and knowledge.
Peace,
Jen

Hi Aquarian Maverick!
Hehe i'm not sure if I can still call you that though.. but you seem aquarian in some ways..
Maybe your uranus is conjunct midheaven? (similar to my friend's chart) You want an extraodinary career.. don't like restrictions.. different in your outlook?
Hehe, your sun and moon are in Aries, same as my Dad! I do know how you might be like, in a way.. but my dad has a Taurus ascendant.
Hmm.. now you have an 8th house pluto.. similar to my friend's chart too.
And stelliums in the first! Moon close to ascendant
I'm not sure how to interpret that though..
But it's shocking. I'd be shocked and a bit disillusioned as well..
Maybe you might want to take some time to think which chart seems more like you? I think you will instinctively know, and come up with the answer, not right away, but eventually.
All the best!
Lynn

Maybe...but as jenluvsblackcat correctly guessed, I have had my fair share of experience being in the spotlight, and I can't stand the pressure!
I simply wish to fulfill my destiny, whatever it may be
EDIT: I just asked the Sabian Symbols' Oracle why it was necessary for me to make such a grievous mistake, and I received the following answer:
Quote:
244__(4°)
WATCHED BY HAPPY PARENTS,A CHILD TAKES HIS FIRST STEPS Life's kindliness in creating safe opportunities for growth. Full appreciation of opportunity. Crisis in self-development.
___*When positive, the degree is exceptional facility for entering experience on its own immediate terms while yet preserving the full genius of selfhood, and when negative, inability to take any real initiative.

so.....using the wrong data....you must be having a transit that has to do with emerging or'' coming out'', or revealment ...like a neptune transit i would presume...enjoy the renewal and the added shift you are now in...it is really just your mind that has been tricked...i'm sure that you were quite who you were as you are now who you are...the saturn neptune opposition could be playing out with you...best regards, steel

Yes, I was also curious about the astrological implications of this unusual situation...
Here is my natal chart with transits, in case anyone is interested:
...and here is my progressed natal chart:

Hi AM,
(Note that we can still use the initials even if the "A" is for Aries and not Aquarius. )
The possibilities of having an incorrect birth time is not that odd. I remember when I first had my chart done. I was using antedotal information given to me by my mother that my birthtime was 3:15 p.m., which gave me an almost exact trine between my Sun and ASC.
Of course my change of time didn't cause a jump in sign for the ASC, just sent it deeper into Sag.
What I find really cool is that you discovered this during Merc Rx in Pisces. Its sort of like your full consciousness was guiding you to discover your full identity.

I think Progressed Neptune has just moved back retrograde to it's position at birth since it was direct then.
Also, your Solar Arc Ascendant just finished hitting all the Aries planets (it's at 17 Aries).
Anyway, your progressed Ascendant is in the last degree of Aries now so maybe our martian within wanted to make sure that it was noticed before moving into Taurus.

LOL! I like that theory, Kite!
It's certainly caused me a lot of extra work, what with updating several different boards such as the harmonic charts on The Harmonic Sabian Synastry Project! and my natal chart on Our "Astrology Weekly" Natal Charts. Unfortunately, there is no way for me to correct every single post on this forum that makes reference to my "old chart"...but with my newfound Aries energy, I'll certainly try my best!

Mavvie,
What does your new chakra diagram say for you? I'm curious... or nosy???? not sure. I ask because I have Pluto in the 8th and that disgram says for me that Pluto rules the third eye. I'm wondering if its the same for you? This is probably not the thread to post this question on, but whatever. I'm having a "night." :? **** Saturn and what its doing to me.

Nope, everything stayed status quo...the shift in houses didn't affect the distance of the planets from the nodal axis
