Born on a Hunter's Moon

I noticed that there will be a full moon on my birthday this year (Oct 14) and was curious to see when the moon was full, in October, the year I was born (1989). It turns out the moon was full the day I was born. That brings me to my question: What is the significance of being born on a full moon? What are its affects, etc?

You are correct. A full moon means the sun has to be opposite of the moon. I was born on a full moon too. In fact I was at moon-rise/sun-set.

The effects of a full moon are many,but they play out differently according to each individual chart.Usually,it means there is greater contradition within one self,and the native himself may not always be very clear about what he wants,simply because he is often torn between one or two choices.The Sun opposite Moon shows that the Ego(Sun) is at conflict with one's emotional nature(Moon);there can be a bit of a head-heart battle,a little like what happens with Moon/Mercury hard aspects.The full moon has a tendency to make people insecure.On the other hand,this can produce an individual who is very understanding,simply because they live in constant inner conflict and are therefore able to understand other people's struggles.

But of course the full moon plays out differently according to each individual's charts and the other planetary placements and aspects will have to be taken into consideration.
