I'm only an amateur, long-term student of astrology, but speaking from my own experiences with people & their charts....
As someone who has the moon in a strong, angular house with (mostly) "bad" aspects to it (I prefer to think of them as being "difficult" - something to be worked on), I can confirm this "moon" effect, to some extent, anyway! :0:
On the other hand, I've known, and known of, persons having well-placed & well-aspected moons who have
teriffic public reputations but are, in truth, awful people, and vice-versa!
The whole subject of reputation as discerned from someone's chart is really is
much more complicated than the situation of their moon, though. There's the midheaven to take into account, along with a number of other considerations.
