News related - will this uranium lead to war?

For fear war and with the intention of not creating a thread war, I asked this question after reading the news today. I don't usually pay any attention to the news, but reading this triggered a feeling that led to this question.

I don't know whether this is a mundane chart or a normal horary, still I'll have a go , excuse any sillyness in my interpretations as this is fairly new to me mundane astrology.

The news: Iran is enriching uranium. I asked "will this lead to war, or ww3?"

I think Iran would be represented by 1st house

1st house = Iran
Critical degree, something is about to change? Does this show Iran in a critical situation?
Venus = Iran
Venus is angular, and deposited by a very strong Sun in own sign, weakened just slightly by being cadent.

Sun is in 9th house, this is a bit of what Skyscript http://www.skyscript.co.uk/ingresses.html says, “Long distance or international communications….. and scientific institutions”
Venus is on own terms, Jupiter and Sun’s triplicity, and Saturn’s detriment.

Venus represents peace and diplomacy. That could be what is going on at the moment, especially with Venus sitting up in the public 10th house. Venus in Leo, is it for show only? Venus is also on its own terms.

Venus on Jupiter’s triplicity – Jupiter rules 5th and 3rd houses and sits in the 3rd house. I’m not sure what to make of that. 5th rules speculation, children, ‘high society’, and 3rd rules communications and inland traveling. Jupiter is intercepted and in fall in Capricorn.

Moon = the public, is in the 7th house. According to Skyscript this relates to relations with other countries. Moon is about to trine Mars, then square Venus.

There is no aspect with Mars and Venus.

Venus is about to conjunct the South Node, I don't know what to make of that. In my horary that normally means the end of the matter. Venus is also void until it trines Pluto.

Mars rules the 7th house and sits in the 10th. It will trine Jupiter. If I turn the chart, Jupiter = 9th and 11th. Could that show the international friends of the 7th house? Moon also trines Mars.
Mars then opposes Uranus. Uranus sits in the 5th and/or turned 11th house. That could mean anything from revolution to explosions to anarchy. Mars in Virgo and Uranus in Pisces. I dont know what that could mean, it looks like the 7th house taking some sort of sudden action. It could mean something like that, because Venus will inconjunct Uranus in the same number of degrees, although its slightly faster. Iran will have to make some adjustments due to the Mars? Or does Iran make adjustments then Mars takes action?

I also noticed the Part of Fortune is at 9 degrees Leo. There will be a solar eclipse on that on 1st August. POF is right up at the MC. I dont know how relevant that is in a chart but it seems to indicate some drastic highlight of fortune. It is deopsited by the same planet as Venus/Iran, the Sun.

Anyway, thats my attempt, hope I haven't bored anyone. I thought I'd have a go, and also wondered what the critical degree on the Ascendant meant.

Probably not, me too.

Axis in fixed signs. Venus culminating. Mars not angular and applying to Jupiter.

Besides, the late ASC tells you that you already know the answer. News sources say that the US changed their policy on Iran lately: they agree to negociations and diplomatic talks. So, there you are.

Can the 29 degree ascendant also indicate a change of some sort also? I did get the impression recently that things were more friendly between Iran and the US, then saw today something odd.

that will be interesting.
I did the chart after reading that they doubled the number of enrichment centrifuges (whatever they are) after being told not to. I haven't even really followed this news until now.
