Kepler - How do I make a NOT condition?

I am at the Astrosignature, Search conditions etc.

I want to make a condition like : "When Mecury is NOT in Mars, THEN give Strength = 10".

All other software I checked, have NOT conditions. But only Kepler has the STRENGH feature. So I am trying to do this filter there.

And BTW. Anybody understood how these "Display if Save=True" etc stuff work? I am a programmer, and I still cannot figure them out.
