was my question but I am not even sure questions for horary could be formulated like this?
I have no idea what to look at, besides maybe Sun representing him in my 6th but no clues how to interpret it regarding to this question, but I would really like to know, if someone wishes to help

Hi, I would think that you would need to turn the chart since you asked is he lying to me. If he is a boyfriend I would use the 7th house to signify him. If you drew the chart during the new moon it isn't good, but if most of the aspects are positive the chart still could be considerred radical. Use the sign the ac is in to signify you & the moon for the situation. Hope this helps!

I did use 7th house, Leo, and Sun as his significator. but how to determine lying part? Sun is opposing Jupiter, and Jupiter as a planet of honor, in fall, retro and in 12th house could be a sign he may be lying? or no?

and if it is during the new moon does is say it can't be surely determined, or it is probably a negative response - yes, he is lying?

If you're Saturn and he's Sol, than him being in Cancer (a Sign of Saturn's detriment) would suggest that he's hurting you in some manner. No aspect between the two and no reception to speak of does not aid the situation. If we can take his Third to be the house of "his words" than those are Mars in the Seventh, peregrine and debilitated due to the conjunction of Saturn who is corrupting these words as Saturn is unhappy in Virgo as well.

However, the Ascendant is early (indicating the situation has not fully developed) and Luna is Void, so who's to say.

are you sure it is Void? I thought it made trine with Uranus...
other than this, you really read into this situation well.
So - lying isn't to look at specificaly anywhere? we have to look at his 3rd for this?
