For starters, what do YOU think about this personality. I assume that you have enough astrological knowledge to make a start with this womans chart.

Hmm not sure about it completely but Im a sun in Aquarius moon in Scorpio and my stepdad is a sun in Scorpio moon in Aquarius. All I can say is he's do first ask questions later and I'm the opposite. We both have bad tempers, jealousy issues but we are good at being no BS when it comes down to it, and we understand each others emotional intensities

Cronu4, I would strongly advice you to follow Wilsontc's advice. It is very hard for us to help you when you dont know at least the basics. Please try and figure out what a birthchart is, how to erect one and what the meaning is of the 12th different houses.

A lack of birthtime is a problem. You can then only make a Solar chart whch does not give you enough information.So I would forget about that chart of your friend for the time being.

First try to understand your own chart, what the planets signify, what the Ascendant, MC, IC and Desc. mean etc. Then you come back here and I am sure you will then understand much more about charts.
