I'm afraid you're not going to get much of a response by posting such a basic question using a print-out of your data. Try posting your natal chart.

One book I highly recommend for beginners is Steven Forrest, The Inner Sky. If you want a cookbook of planets in signs, houses, and aspects, try Robert Hand, Planets in Youth.

Reading a chart is very complicated, if you try to do everything.
Try just learning what the Sun Moon and Ascendant mean.
Look at some other charts and see what Sun Moon and Ascendant are there. Studying celebrities or famous people can help this learning process

When that’s comfortable then go back to your study materials and try another section to learn and practice.

Ask questions when you are stuck

I agree with WayBread, Steven Forrest books are great.
Donna Cunningham Skywriter recently died but still has a tons of good learning tools on her website for little or no cost.
There are also ‘how to’ posts at the top of each section here that can help. And if those are confusing you can post questions here.

And it is true that you have to post the chart, not its details, to get much of a response here. A how to post your chart message is in the top of the listed messages for this section.
