I would like to know When WILL I MEEY MY SOUL MATE? How will he be?

If want to know, usually birth charts don't tell WHEN they tell WHAT.

The horary section would help you find out when you'd find a long term partner. Then I'd suggest you rephrase your question from "soul mate" to "long term/marriage" partner because when I used soul mate people on here lectured me about it. I guess they didn't believe in soul mates or what not. But anyhow, so if you want an answer just post your question in the horary for beginners OR horary - relationships and ask a question there.

Also, make sure when you cast a horary chart you put the exact time and place when you asked the question, so ask again, and put in the astro boxes then post the chart. Cause that is the way horary charts are done. They use when you were thinking of the question and when you asked it for an answer. Do not use the birth chart it must be when you asked the question.

However, i can tell you possibly where you'll meet him.

Firstly, we look at your 7th house (house of partnerships/relationships)
You don't have any planets in there.
But then we look at the cusp ruler of your 7th house.
